  • This is actually our family business which caters to Pensioners and those who can afford bigger loans.  I started a small time loaning service online pero small loans lang since I'm still trying to understand the business myself.

Wla na yata tayong anti-usury law. So, there are no caps on interest rates.

On direct selling:  this is a form of direct selling too.  In this business, you are selling money as your product.

  • Nagpa-lending din ako without promisory note verbal lang 5% in 3 mos, 5,000 min.

  • Im not an expert but if Im gonna make a promissory note, it'd look like this.

I, John Doe(nangutang), resident of 555 Sardinas Street Metro Manila(address), promises to pay 1,000,000 pesos(amount + interest) to John Hancock(nagpautang) on October 2, 2008(promised date) as payment to the loan made on September 2, 2008(loan date).

Then name and signature at the bottom of the page. And i'd prefer it kung handwritten yung note.

  • actually, well-suited for me ang negosyong ito, kasi maawain ako heheh! since inuutangan ako ng mga tao eversince, ginawa ko na rin siyang business heheh! konting drama lang kasi sa akin eh nagbibigay na ako... And I realize ang tanga ko heheh! kaya ginawa ko na ring productive ang pagkatanga ko... And since naging business na ang pautang, malakas din naman ang loob kong maningil.  As in, lumalabas 2 sungay ko pag singilan na. I'm really learning a lot about our family biz kaya I'm practicing it using my own income (syempre, di ko naman pwede ilaro ang kaban ng pamilya hahah!)

    Do you really sue them?
Paano kung tago2 ang ginagawa? Hayaan na lang?
My sis was into this biz 2 years ago, mas maraming loss kaysa profit and sakit ng ulo, she almost became crazy dahil hindi nagbabayad ang tao.
I have to rescue her and transfer to another location, otherwise, makapapatay na sya.
Anyway, it was a bad kind of biz for her. Ok na sya ngayon. No more 5-6.
Kung maligaya ka dyan and it is a good biz for you then congrats!
I just can not see myself doing this type of biz that's why sa rural banks mostly ang pera ko, walang sakit ng ulo, tangap lang ng interest monthly.
    Just my 2 cents.

  • Of all the possible streams of income I guess pautang is not for me. I am not a confrontational type of person and although malaki talaga ang kita dito, masyado nagpapasakit ng ulo  :boxing:
