Current Status....

CI
1st loan was paid without glitch only until the last payment
3rd loan was paid without glitch for the first 3 months until the 4th and 5th month, as of now we are on the 6th month this coming september 27

the last payment of the 1st loan was paid. as he told me he it was his gf who handles the payments and must have confused the the last payment of the 1st loan , and the 3rd payment of the 3rd loan as the same transaction. I asked him to remind his gf.

CI's gf
2nd loan 300k - I can not disclose the business because we had an agreement. i was waiting for the dividend.
she text me last friday as to where is my address and I replied. I waited from monday until today but to no avail.
I called them but they were not answering. CI's phone is not online, and CI's gf in not answering.
It occured to me that she could just deposit my dividends. why should she has to send the check in the first place?

1st loan - 100k paid first month. no payments there after
2nd load - 50k 1st payment coincides with the 2nd payment of the 1st loan. checks bounced. he paid partial via deposit.

I called him today. he was willing to pay the 2nd loan. because it only lasts 6 months, deadline october - 2012.

now I'm telling you this for you to be informed.. and ask your opinion about my case.

sa aking kasi may delay... pero kasi kapag hindi na ako nai-inform , di ba? the next thing you know. peor kung malalapagpasan nila itong concerns namin and at least another proof na ok sila..... so far ok naman. yun lang may mga tanong?

tama ka... hindi naman sya tumatakbo.... may internal concerns lang sila. like i said na gf nya may hawak. nag-karron lang ng confusion.

@SirZap, nafollow ko rin yun adventure, ups and downs ni Boss CI. Sumablay siya sa direct selling niya dito sa PMT while keeping his apparent "real estate" venture perfect. May delays but nasolve naman..hopefully masolve yan...

Naalala ko tuloy sina WhiteHat, QuadMd etc,....yun ang sa tingin ko na hopeless case. Si puberer worst and hopeless case....

Ito bang si CI na tinutukoy dito ay si CondoInvestor din? Yung may thread regarding condo investments nya??? Ano na ba nangyari sa mga condo nya?? Talaga bang yun ang biz nya? o mas networker sya? I remember kasi may mga pics pa sya ng condos nya?

Loaning and RP does not mix unless you are a bank and can take the collateral against the loan.

Mostly loans become a gift in RP, the risk is high and the return is good, but the default is also high. Hmmmm, maybe that is why I see on payday so many in-line with people they loaned from with the ATM card of the loanee ......... it truly amazes me. If you do not have it do not spend it live within your means. However, that is how many make their money off of loans and pawns and so forth. "Sail On" Risky, but can be profitable if it is stayed on top of. Expect defaults and less payments then agreed upon from time to time. Do not make the loans to high if at all possible and try not to loan to family members if at all possible, most of those loans end up as gifts in the long run. Responses in English please, raised in the West.

wag ka mahihiya maningil dahil ikaw na yung nagmagandang loob na magpautang
Kung sa tingin mo eh walang wala sila... maningil ka pa rin to remind him and agree on a date kung kelan ka babalik. Gusto lang kita bigyan ng lakas ng loob sa simpleng paraan.

1. I only do business lending.
2. As of now I'm just collecting. Im no longer lending for personal reasons.
3. maybe I can help in other ways such as giving you advise or find other ways to raise money that you need, just pm me your personal info and the reason why you need to borrow money.
