If walang sales quota, and this is a networking business, obviously it's another ponzi scheme. Don't join unless di ka founder. That's the only advice I can give (that would give you profit). If your original intent was just to share your knowledge, then do it. Otherwise, I don't think magiging productive ito for you.

Good point there. Yung "no quota" ang kadalasang gusto nila pag ikaw ay nasa broker. But then kung talagang nae-enjoy mo naman yung ginagawa mo and at the same time magaling ka din sa sales, kahit pa may quota yan magiging sisiw na lang yan.   Pero sa mga starter pa lang or dun sa gagawin lang itong part time, then being in a brokerage company is a good choice..
