This is my first thread here. As an AXA Financial Advisor, I would like to know why a lot of members here do not recommend AXA. If you could explain and discuss the reasons, I would be very glad to answer the best as I can.

To all: I am not advertising here. In fact, I would love to share what I know to fulfill every Filipino's financial dreams in life.

@kithe, curious ako kung bakit nagyayaya mga na memeet kong agents na mag agent daw rin ako.. may cut ba sila sa commission ko if ever? hehe

Sa Sun Life ka na lang..

If manager ang naginvite sa iyo, meron siyempre, override commission..
Pero kung ako mag invite sa iyo, wala..yung manager natin meron..

Competition? We at Sun Life, gusto namin yun.. pero bawal ang sulutan.. Ethics..

Yes, u can use this thread. That's no problem to me. Everyone is welcome to post whatever he wants as long as there's some sort of relevance to the topic.

Managers and unit heads/managers will have an override commission from the advisors on its team.

To be a financial advisor, not just in AXA, you may call any branch near you and ask assistance from them. For sure, all of us would love to assist you if you really want this career.

Kaya pla mas makulit yung taga Axa, manager kasi sya eh.

Yes, it's true. But I guess, it's not for AXA lang, hehe. Follow ups are protocols and ideally should be done every 3 months. And that's according to study in which a person's life changes or has changes every 3 months.

bro batman if I will join AXA as an agent. Am I forced na meron talaga akong makuha na client? I am not really planning to look for clients but rather gusto ko lang na i can offer insurance if ever merong mag tanong.

Pakay ko rin talaga in the future to be an independent financial adviser. Meron ba ganon dito sa pinas?

Sir pmt,, eh di irefer niyo na lang kung may maghanap..

Sa sunlife pag wala ka production or benta, TSUGI ang career..

Kung may benta lang po ang agent, dun lang magkaoverride comm, pag wala benta, eh di wala din..

Currently, almost all insurance companies have their quotas for their agents and AXA is one of them. Not only in the insurance industry but also for almost all sectors and as part of the sales force, you must perform in accordance with the company's policies.

You may consider IMG as a start, they don't have quotas. I am not an IMG broker though.

We are one Bro. I also want to be an independent financial advisor some time. I want to share what I've learned most especially to our fellow countrymen who needed it the most. Try to consider being an RFP. As of now, being an advisor from AXA and an agent from FAMI really helps me in fulfilling my dreams.

OT: I have been following your posts at Istorya.net, I'm from Cebu by the way, and here Bro, it really helps especially that I have just started investing in the stock market just a week ago.

I attended one of IMG conference sa Pinas last June 2012. I was there because i wanna attend yung talk ni Bro. Bo about Financial Stewardship.

At one of the talks, one of the IMG VP during the conference mentioned that they have a "vesting rights" for their brokers at tama yung nabanggit ni BatmanBeyond, wala silang quotas for sales.
