Options:
1. Sell it (if you are in need of cash, with or without profit depends on you)
2. Rent it out (if you want constant cash flow)
3. Get a bank loan and use your property as collateral (if you are in need of cash)

If you mortgage it, and you had it foreclosed on purpose, defaulting on your payments, will you have a bad record with the banks na? Will you still be able to make a loan?

^if u borrow money from bank & ma-foreclose due to none payment. they will claim your property & still have the right to sue u if they choose to. also, u will have bad record...
