2500 upon application,
10k for processing (if approved)
5000 yearly renewal / or 300k cash bond if ayaw mo magrenew yearly

you have to open an account sa landbank, maybe for the commission (5% of your total sales) and everyday kailangan mong magdeposit ng sales, weekly magrereport ka sa pcso, yung machine papahiram lang nila sayo.

ang location mo dapat 100 meters away from church and school. yun lang muna ang mabibigay ko sayo, by the way kung makati area ka, mahigpit daw, kailangan mong kumuha ng clearance from city hall, if you are lucky enough baka maclear, pero baka hindi din, kasi hawak "daw" nila ang lotteng?

bakit di mo na lang sir itry yung coffee vendo? at least di kailangan ng manual labor from time to time.

nice naman. buti ka pa may savings sa shop. ung biznes namin na computer shop 8mos. ok naman ang kita. 10units avg of 35k Gross monthly.

ang problema di pa ako kumikita. haha. kasi main source of income namin kahit 3 kami nagtatrabaho, 4 pala (kasama misis ko)

may utang kasi si padir kaya yung sahod nya, dun lahat napupunta sa interes. si kapatid at misis namin maliit naman sahod. ako kakastart lang sa new work.

bakit wala kami savings? napupunta sa loan interest, at allowance ni bunso, rent, pagkain sa manila (UST sya, ang mahal ng tuition fee pala doon) sayang naman kasi si bunso valedictorian eh.

anyways, keep it up. kakainggit ka naman at nakakapagipon ka na, nakakapagsave ka pa sa mutual funds. matagal ko na balak ito.

watch out your 6th month or kapag lagi umuulan (mahina kami pag umuulan), think of other ways para kumita pa rin biznes...

sana makapagshare tayo ng strategies and biznes plan sa computer shop.

Pagisipan mo muna yang lottery mo sir... para dapat foodcart ang pwesto mo nyan mafoot traffic, mareach mo dapat ang kita, plus maireremit mo agad or else my multa, dapat ang pwesto property mo kung uupa ka lang mahirapan ka, at dapat ang bantay mapapagkatiwalaan

Nice start, ako took me about 2 month bago makilala. I started with 8 naging 25 and now 20. nasira yung 5 units hopefully bago mag pagpasko maykapalit na. Ako din ang nag-aayos. Advice ko lang now malaki kita mo but like any business magkakaroon ka din ng competitor. nung tinayuan ako ng 2 malalaking shop humina kita ko. So be prepared. saka save ka din pang emergency. What if kung binaha ka at nasira units mo, may pangpalit ka ba? ayun pala ang dahilan kung bakit ako kumita dati. kasi I started 3 day beofre Undoy. good thing hindi ako binaha... yung kabilang shop ang nabaha kaya napunta lahat ng customers nya sa akin.

Kung malaki pa space mo at hindi naman saturated pa sa lugar nyo, why not add additional units. The more unit you have mas mahirap ka patumbahin ng competitor. Mas spread-out yung overhead cost like internet, bantay, electricity ng server mo... But this all depend kung kaya pa ng budget. May shop a year ago nagtayo 1 block away lang sa akin about 20 meters, 5 unit sya, 3 to 4 months lang nagsara na. hindi nya kayang kumuha ng mabilis na internet at hindi nya kayang magpa-aircon.

My advice, pay your debt muna then expand in your location kung di pa saturated. kung saturated try sa ibang lugar if you can still handle the stress... wag lang sa lugar ko lol

haha. nice advice. ganun din ako dpat sa di pa saturated na area. ako gusto ko sana yung mga bario, para kumikita na ako nakakatulong pa ako sa new technology... pero mahirap lang ung sa internet kung aabutin kahit wimax.

Sa internet shop near my school when i was still in college was also selling softdrinks, bread/sandwich, junk foods, etc.

They also accepting typing jobs.

I had just finished accounting my sales on July and so far I got 25K+ as net income...

Not bad I think as extra income..me work pa naman ako to back me up eh...

Already paid all my debt...para mabilis matapos hehehe...

The truth is bago ako nagstart sa business ko eh meron nang nauna sa aken just a few blocks away.
2 years na operation nila and I just gambled to compete with them.

I started with a 15 pesos rent and murang print plus good rapport sa mga bata!

Plus pa sa aken is GENUINE and LICENSED ang Windows OS ko...mejo mahal nga lang pero mabuti na ang hindi ako takot na ma-raid ni OMB Ronnie Ricketts..
40K sa software license is not a bad investment after all.

After 2 months of my operation, they were gone already. Not that goal ko na mawalan sila ng business pero I just wanted to co-exist with them and earn extra money.

Now I am currently pursuing and planning my second business...
