^hindi ba maanta na yung lasa pag more than 2x ginamit ang mantika? metikulosa kasi nanay ko sa ganyan, kaya sensitive din panlasa ko pag lumang oil ang ginamit. usually pangalawang gamit lang sa amin max na yun, yung sa baboy ginamit na pangprito. pag sa isda ginamit, di namin nirerecycle-- tapon na kagad..

^^ Well same with JB, pero sa kanila walang cross cooking, ang sa manok sa manok lang, ang sa fries sa fries lang... yung sa bangus sa bangus lang...

when cooking fries at home, I suggest cook frozen raw fries to get better and criprier fries... that's the secret of JB and MacDO.

Hindi pa naman. I'd rather fail than wonder what could have happened if I tried it manlang. But before I try or deal with anything, iniisip ko muna talaga if its worth the risk and effort..

@Sheikmaktoum, Sir REE din ako, hahaha, akala ko puro Commerce Graduate lang ang mga taga PMT. ako naman ay sawa na sa discipline ko so, I am learning new skills sa Investment....
