Hey people of PMT,

I have 500$, how can I make it work for me?

I'm 21 years old and I'm about to graduate college soon. I want to know the options that I could utilize to be able to make my money work for me.

I'm new to this world of investments. Also, I want to know websites that offer GOOD financial education that could suffice me information for my future attempts in investments.

That's big na nasa sayo yan...itago mo muna magagamit mo yan pag graduate mo... pag naapply ka malalaman mo ang totoong mundo...

BAGO ka magnegosyo, pag-aralan mo muna yung napili mong negosyo.

another good alternative ay yung sabi ni Sir george. itago mo muna & pilitin mo palaguin/doblehin.

graduating ka rin TS, same as me, I wish us luck on our last semesters in our colleges
if it's not wrong to ask what school are you studying in TS? what's your course?

as for your $500, just deposit it in a Dollar account in the mean time you haven't think of anything

Di kikita yan pag nasa wallet mo lang or nakatago.. Kung sa bank naman, liit lang ng interest..

Kung di ka naman mag aabroad, papalitan mo na lang sa peso..

Invest mo sa mutual fund.. Kung di mo pa alam kung san mo gagamitin, kung takot ka pa, pwede naman sa bond fund or gs fund, low risk lang. At least kikita pa din more than sa banks.. Then pull out mo pag kailangan mo na..

^ tama, marami naman short term instrument na parang savings deposit lang, WITHDRAW ANYTIME. Ask your bank about it po - BPI, BDO, MBTC.

Do you already have a savings account? If you don't have yet then open one.

If you like you can choose BPI. With it you can buy UITF, Mutual Funds, avail Time Deposit, buy stocks through BPI Trade, etc in the convenience of your home through ONLINE banking.
