I would like to ask those who have acquired properties, either condo, house and lot, commercial, industrial or any real estate development from developers, if you have experienced the support that the Property Management company of that developer had helped you maintain, if not increase, your property's value? These are the support group to the HOA, condo corp or estate management... I asked this because, in most developments, not all have an effective Property Management group. Thanks.

i have not acquired any property yet since i am still building my castle. and this might sound like spam but you should ask residents from essensa east forbes or soho central about century property management's review. before even being a developer century has been in property management.
