True! Cousin ko kakauwi lang, hindi nakakuha ng permanent employment. I think almost 3 months sya dun.

yes mahirap na maka kuha ng pass ngayon and marami nade deny, but i think it depends on the industry kung maraming lokal na may knowledge sa industry na un mahihirapan makakuha ng pass or rejected ang renewal ng pass kasi maagawan mo ng work ung mga lokals.

Mahirap na din maski sa ofc ko (banking industry) and ni misis (related sa retail services), mataas na kc levy for foreigners then binabaan pa quota.

May mga tactics yung mga manpower sa pinas na papupuntahin kayo here and sisingilin kayo ng mataas na fee 2- month ng salary or pupunta kayo here as trainee either 6-mos or 1-yr pero no assurance na maaabsorve kyo company.

im in engineering industry kaya medyo maluwag pa, bihira din kasi sa lokal ang mahilig sa manufacturing
