Actually, 100k/10% isn't a fixed figure.. Kahit an idea lang that will generate around 100k, khit 80k lang okay.

For example it is generally believed that trading stocks, forex, commodities, can do this, but does filipinos/PMTers believe this is reasonably possible, meaning even if you don't have the talent of Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet etc., you can still do this?

Or maybe a franchise worth 1M that can produce around 70 - 100k a month kahit di agad agaran, say after 1 year pa siya mag poproduce. I think kasya ata yung Binalot fee but kailangan mo pa siguro ng extra money for unexpected events. etc..

You won't know if you don't even try to find out for yourself. Study the basics of stock, currency or commodity trading. Then open a demo account to test your skills. See for yourself if you can earn an average of 10% net monthly.

If you plan to go into business online or offline. Try this experiment buy something which you can sell for a profit say on a 100 or 1000 capital figure out which Items or services which can earn you 10 or 100 pesos respectively. If you can do that for a few months. The concept is pretty much the same. If you can earn 1000 pesos monthly from a 10K capital. You just need to figure out a way to sell more items to more people. Sell a hundred of your items monthly & you'll get your 100K.

Start small until you learn the skills to make it bigger.

a business w/ a working capital of 1M and generating 100k (10%) per month may not necessarily mean that having 10M as working capital will earn 1M (10%) automatically...

some businesses does not lend itself to simple scalability due to several reasons like market saturation, economy of scale, logistics and other factors that may differ from one venture to another...

100,000 per month out of 1Mio capital means a 120% annual ROE for your business.  For good, growing and profitable businesses - this might seem possible for a year or two - but to consistently produce such yields is impossible.  Even the big and successful companies now would be happy to have a double digit ROE.

My answer: Lending Business.
How? P1,000,000 divided by P5,000 = 200

So, 200 katao na uutang ng 5k payable in one month with 10% interest = 100,000 a month di ba?
Note: Dapat hanap ka ng 200 katao na "consistent" na nagrerenew ng utang para consistent ang 100k a month na income. Pero minsan di naman kailangang 200 katao yan pwedeng 100 lang yan na tag-10k ang inutang.
