Anyone interested to invest a min. of 15k and max. of 25k, below are the some
details:

Project : Proposed fabrication of collapsible food kiosk
No. of pcs : 30pcs
Location : Davao
Duration of investment : 4 months

Reason/s for investment:
- For purchase of materials
- To be able to deliver the said project on schedule

^ This is one sign of property bubble.... Is the demand of housing dwindling that they have to resort to "investment" scheme to attract buyers who has already a house...

nanashi, may i ask what do you mean by sign of property bubble? sensya na dko magets, medyo matanda na tayo eh..para kasi sinasabi mo na scheme tong pinost ko sa classied ads last may (actually tapos ko na tong project nato, d ko alam ba't ngayon lang lumabas). anyway, you should have ask me sana regarding sa proposal and the 1st thing tatanong ko sa iyo is kung taga saan ka?..in all my post regarding investment tinatanong ko muna kung taga davao sila or kalapit lang na city (im from davao city kasi) i make it a point na d ako kukuha investor na di nla nakiita saan napupunta investment nila..i know there is still honest businessmen here in pmt na minsan kulang lang talaga ang puhunan, gaya ko
