Support Department Update

A simulation script was run on the wrong database by accident giving funds in the amount of $45 to some member accounts. The IT department was aware of exactly who was affected and has reversed the fundings.

Our positive trend on reducing the number of support tickets continues. Our Help Desk staff is working long hours to accomodate the influx of new member questions. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work on the backlog of tickets.

The current daily individual withdrawal limit for all 4 payment processors is $500. The OVERALL withdrawal limit for STP has been raised considerably.

To make the best of the JBP withdrawal system, it's recommended that all Members set up accounts with each of our four payment processors: PerfectMoney, SolidTrust Pay, Liberty Reserve and EgoPay.

When requesting withdrawals, many members are receiving the message of the limit being reached. The reached limits should not be as prevelant now. Furthermore we will be introducing a withdrawal queue that will allow members to request a withdrawal even after we have reached the overall withdrawal limit for the day. More details will be coming in the near future.

The daily Tripler Feed could start as early as in a few days, but ALL WILL BE SLOW UNTIL OUR NEW SERVERS GETS INSTALLED - in total we'll have more than 20 powerful servers taking care of business, and we'll be adding new ones each month to accommodate our growth - sort of like Facebook

Keep in mind that a Restart is beneficial to the system and to the Members, a required necessity for continuous sustainment of JBP.
