this question has so many angles.

if you are talking about relationships in general, i think it works as i have seen and known gays to have been in a relationship for quite some time. now, what makes their relationship tick? that i don't know. some will tell you - love. and i believe that because love, as we all know conquers all.

finance123 posted "A friend of mine around 50 year man said its all about sex and nothing else." one may ask, is this a relationship? which begs the question, what is a relationship? sexual relationship? i guess it is. does it work? maybe, maybe not; or maybe to a certain extent when the need is still there and the conditions not absent, yet.

i have seen both males whose friendship flourished and yet only as in friends and not as gay couples. male to male relationship is not really to be frowned about unless both made it obvious that they are in a gay relationship.

I got from my sister's hairdresser---their relationships are more prone to infidelity because they are still males, basically. I haven't encountered yet yung may mga legal papers like living will or yung nagpakasal sa ibang bansa, so I have no idea how exclusivity or the economic angle inside the relationship works.

i agree^. still males, which means, by nature they are polygamous. then 2 males pa ang involved, which doubles the risk for infidelity.

I also have male gay friends/acquaintances, and daig pa nga babae sa bilis magpalit ng papa. they just jump from one relationship—I mean one bed-- to another. Wala ata nagtatagal ng more than 1 year sa kanila. i know of one gay couple (both pinoys) who got married in canada yata, but i think they've divorced na rin recently. But there are exceptional gay couples din naman, si boy abunda diba matagal na sila nung partner nya? Si ricky reyes din ata. Wala na akong maisip na examples hahaha.

anyway, i'm still very much conservative when it comes to this issue. hindi ko rin kayang sikmurahin na ang dalawang lalaki nagbabanatan sa kama. saka panu yun hindi naghugas mabuti, e baka may tae-tae pang sumabit dun sa ano yuck! tapos isusubo

i have my share of horror stories regarding gays & it's against my faith & beliefs.

i respect all kinds of proclivities, sexual or otherwise.

as long as they keep their actions private, i don't care; as long as they don't force me to accede and recognize their so-called fundamental rights to be, i still don't care.

what bothers me is when they start advocating it as a constitutional right; some even as a natural or innate right with all the attending privileges that go with it.

i don't care if "ang dalawang lalaki [ay] nagbabanatan sa kama" as long as they don't force me to recognize their "marriage". same thing with dalawang babaeng nag pompyangan. i really don't care.

that homosexuality is a sin is debatable and can never be resolved unless you believe in The Bible as the Word of God. don't get me wrong, i don't hate homosexuals. just like all sins, homosexuality is a sin.

we are all sinners. it just so happened that we sinned differently...

pareho lang as in dead equal? dont you have preference one over the other? you consider yourself bisexual then? is there really such a thing (bi)? i've heard of an argument kasi na parang initially people claim na bi sila just as a transition to becoming a full-blown homosexual, no pun intended. but eventually you choose sides. hope you share your thoughts geoflush.

as to gay relationships, i have no problem with people who are into it, i just dont like them rubbing it on my face tapos nagiging political agenda or propaganda sa TV.

Ive heard of stories in which some guys hit on gays simply for the financial aid...

sa call centers mga bossing... legal ang relationship na ganyan... open kumbaga... before and impression ko sa m2m... pera-pera lang... pero etong gay couple na to... i could say na they really love each other... until now... cguro more than 8 years na cla kc we still kp in touch thru FB... clarification lang... di cla straight males ha... pareho clang gays... I respect them as they respect themselves kc d cla transgenders

Ung classmate ko din ng highschool... gay sya... ung guy straight... until now more than 15 years na cla magkasama... balita ko kinasal cla dati sa Baguio...nag-ampon cla w/c is high school na din ung bata...

so we really can't judge people... sabi nga ng tatay ko... kung san ka masaya... dun ka... basta wala kang natatapakang tao
