Hi. I wanna know what kind of business is good to start in the Philippines that will make me leave my job as a registered nurse here in California? For one, my family has 3hectares of land in nueva ecija with about 14 fishponds. No one actually touches it anymore but it's still there. My family operated it for about 3 decades. Is fishpond business a good business to get into? Thanks.

Farming is my dream business... kung meron ka ng lupain well, good for you. Pero dapat ito yung passion mo. Kung ano ang hilig mo, yun ang sundin mo. Syempre para alam mo rin ang in and out ng business mo. Otherwise, malulugi ka lang

hindi ba malaki kita ng RN jan? bakit gusto mo na umuwi, Sir?
u can also try takign up a Medical transcription course. pwede yang work at home, hindi ka pa expose sa mga maysakit (hospital setting).

u can sell a portion of the land or all of it. then study before u start a biz.

u can also utilize that property.
pili ka andaming agribusiness na pwede mo simulan. ideally yung subject/business na may competency/experience & passion ka.

mabigat na decision po yan, pag-isipan nyo pong mabuti.

It will start asking yourself first.

Many new entrepreneurs joined the bandwagon or fad business without consulting themselves first. That's why most lost their money with franchising, business opportunities, and fad business.

Whatever business you'll start you should be able to use any combination of...

Passion
Experience
Knowledge
Skills
Resources
Network

and other things.

You don't need to have everything above in one business but try to get as many as you can.

Find the sweet spot where you have likelihood of winning.

Magandang ideo po to go to your own land and start your own business. I would suggest that you need to create a business plan para may system yun business mo pag ikaw na mag operate.. Families can help you too with this..

The freedom of owning a business and being your own boss is WAYYYYY better than working for somebody else. Before you leave your job, make sure you saved enough capital and have a solid business plan.

Magretire ka na TS kung meron kang 20 million in cash, house and lot, car, insurance, retirement fund... gawin mo na ang gusto mo gawin...Life is short...wag ka lang malulong sa paginom, pambabae, wag ka papadala sa mga kantyaw ng kaibigan pag naawitan ka ng isa tama na yun kung pakain,painom lang basehan ng pagkakaibigan nyo wala kwenta yun... nueva ecija? konting ingat lang , ok lang mag start ng business pero problema jan yung safety ng buhay mo , lalo sa mga remote area kailangan armado ka jan.

Think out of the box.

A 3-hectare land with fishponds would be an ideal place for an activity park/wedding venue/campsite. A lot of companies and organizations are looking for new places to hold their teambuilding activities. Engaged couples are looking for exciting new places where their wedding reception can take place. Individuals are looking for some quiet place to stay in and meditate...

You don't have to spend that much to develop your place.

think creatively and act on it.
