Hey guys, I'ts been my leisure to blog about my weekly picks to test my technical analysis. I've been trading almost a year now and still improving my strategy.

At some time I miss my entry point because I bid at a much lower price (binabarat ) or sometimes I exit too early ( playing safe ), so there's a lot to improve.

So I created this thread for us to bid our weekly picks at the start of trading and monitor how our bids' performance at the end of weekly trading.

Just limit your bids to 2 stocks, place your entry points & target price and let's see how the stocks performed at the end of the week.

Did we make or break it?

Hoping for your active participation.

So for this week, my bets would be:

BLOOM: Buy @ 42.00 and Sell @ 47.95
GREEN: Buy @ 0.018 and Sell @ 0.021

well, not necessarily na you have to dispose it at the end of the week if you van still see an upward trend on the next weeks to come. I'm sure you have several stocks you'd like to buy if you have enough funds right? Pero let's keep it simple and just choose 2 stocks that you think would perform well for the incoming week.

As a trader kasi, I'm just looking for short term, so what I usually do is place my entry points then I have 2 exit points, For this purpose, I placed the highest target price that the stocks would reach in my opinion for this week. If however, it doesn't reach that point, I still have the lower target price as my basis and if it did reach that level I know I already have a profit.

There are times na, within a day or three kuha ko na target price like LMG, so move on na ulit ako sa other stocks on my list.

If you think mag-eextend yung rally within the next week, then place your bet again for these stocks on the next week. Remember this is a weekly pick.

why BLOOM & GREEN, well based on my excel tool I created, for a minimum amount set at P25K, and based on the target prices I placed on stocks that I think will move upward, these 2 came out at the top.

Like I said in another thread, I don't care if the stocks are at the peak or have been oversold for quite a while now as long as I can still see an upward swing and I can still profit from it then I'm on it. I'm a trader by heart so once I got my target price, I'm ready to dump everything and move on to the next stock on my list.

There are cases na I don't get the target price within the week so I sometimes wait for next week before I can dispose the stocks. That's were my little patience comes into play.

Guys maganda sana kung i-post nyo rin yung target price nyo for those stocks.

In that way kasi, every end of the week, nage-gauge ko kung tama ba "assumptions" ko. If not, nire-review ko what I have missed to consider. At that, nare-refine ko technical analysis ko.

Like I said, I'm a newbie trader with an apettite for risk. So everything here is a work in progress.

My gusto lang din akong ilagay na stocks dito for monitoring lang..

PHES=Phil estate and Ayala Merger

AAA=RSA's acquisition

PHES @ 0.8 and AAA@6.25

PD:wla ako nitong mga stock na to and Im not planning to buy,unless otherwise specified..

And this is not a reco to buy...Im just testing if mapagkakatiwalaan ba mga sources ko..Lets see next week where the price will take us

Ako rin naman, Actually at the start of the week, amy 6 stocks na akong preferred. But I limit my buys for 2 stocks only. So what I do is place my bets, pag di kumagat at mabilis na umangat and presyo, I don't chase it na. Cancel my order then move on to the stocks next on my list. For this week actually, I have:

BLOOM,GREEN,FPI,PGOLD,CHI,SMPH.

And yes, kahit ala akong pera, I still do have my weekly picks to test my TA. Ang sarap kasi ng feeling pag pumapatok mga "assumptions" mo. Dito actually lumakas ang loob ko to go for "basura" stocks dati play safe lang ako sa nga blue chips when I first started pero nababagalan ako sa paglago lalo na kung di naman gaano kalaki initial capital mo.

So kung mapapansin nyo, sa 6 na stocks, 2 lang ang di basura (PGOLD & SMPH).

ako rin may WPI, di ko naibenta nung nagrally pero ok lang, I'm sure aangat ulit yan. Maraming players ang lumalaro sa Gatchalian group of companies. Pag bumaba ang iba, asahan mo angat naman ang WPI. Palipat-lipat lang ang mga yan...

Kumita na rin ako sa DIZ but gave it up too early.. tsk! tsk! medyo matagal ko din kasing nahawakan. Di ko namaximize profit ko. Again, lesson learned.

maybe one of these days DIZ will top my list again. until then sa iba muna ako.
