Dumadami na ang gumagamit ng internet, and they could be a good target market. Those who are employed, stuck in a business or doing homebased jobs are the ideal customers. Establishing a good reputation is also the key to having more business. Nandyan nga ang facebook, multiply, ebay.ph (by reputation), sulit and even some forums to sell stuff. Kung hindi patok ang online shopping sa atin, then matagal na dapat hindi pumatok ang mga websites na sinabi ko sa taas.

It's a no brainer informal biz. Just learn who to lend money to.

Lending is quite risky though, yung ATM ang collateral. You're right to say that you have to be selective to whom you lend the money for - as much as possible sa circle lang ng friends mo. I've heard lots of stories na isa lang o dalawa ang pinapautang, ay masaya na sila because they are earning more than the banks and the earnings is quite a huge amount of money na rin. The risk is that, some borrowers are cunning - nirereport nilang missing ang ATM, o kaya inaalis nila ang funds through online banking. Hindi mo rin mapalaki ang business na ito kahit malaki ang returns because you will have to confine yourself to less than 10 trusted borrowers.

Ndi ako galing sa mayamang pamilya, ndi ako nakatapos ng pag-aaral, pero proud ako sa position ko sa buhay ngayon financially, emotionally, spiritually, atbp.

Medyo maliit ang 50k pero ok na.. Hehe.. Siguro po yung 10k gagamitin ko para mapasaya yung pamilya ko. Mga simpleng bagay na ndi nabibili ng pera. After all, I am working to help my family and retire early. Yung 40k po gagamitin ko para mag-bukas ng business. Sobrang gusto ko ng mag-karon ng sarili kong business pero kapos lng ng konti sa capital pero I KNOW THAT I WILL GET THERE! May all our dreams come true!!

ang una mong gawin sa 50k mo ay iwan lang ito sa bangko at mag-aral na idisiplina ang sarili na huwag itong galawing for 1yr.

bakit? kapag nagawa mo iyon, ibig sabihin kaya mong kontrolin ang emosyon mo at urge na gumasta

2nd step of becoming financially free:

"create an emergency fund which is 3 to 6months equivalent of your monthly expense"

wala pa ang 50k mo sa ganyang standing, kaya wag ka muna mag-isip na mag-negosyo or mag-invest.

before going to step 2. dapat din tapos na ang step 1.

"close all bad debts (credit cards and loans) or at least maintain them in a manageable level. manageable in the sense that they don't eat half of your monthly expense budget!"

yan muna TS. kapag nagawa mo na yan. saka ka magdecide ng next step.

pwede ring bumili ka ng website na established na. yung tipong kumikita na kahit papano then idevelop mo na lang ng mas maayos. after all developer ka.

Since you want something "physical", if there's a spot in front of your house and traffic is good.
Try "Sari-Sari Store" or Food Cart business as suggested.
My officemate started a "scramble" business (30k) in a school canteen and he's racking up 1.7k a day.
Sweet!

If location is a problem, better let the money sleep in Stocks.

take 4k out of it, and try VMobile part time only, d mag tatagal mababawi mo agad yung 4k na yan, sbihin nting nabuo mo na ulit 50k mo, VMobile technopreneur ka pa, sarap diba =)

since your a web designer bakit di ka gumawa ng 10 niche websites then monetize them(google adsense, affiliate products, advertizing etc.) , in my computation aabutin lang yun ng 5,720 pesos ksama na domain at hosting, then bring traffic to your website through seo, link building, social media marketing etc. In just few months your websites will put a reasonable amount of monthly residual income into your pocket.

Parang ganito din sitwasyon ko kay TS. Yes, profitable yung adsense at affiliates dati. Yun nga lang mahirap kasi ngayon dahil mahirap na magpa rank ng site especially since the penguin update ng google. in 2 months kaya ko na magpa rank ng site sa page 1. pero ngayon nandun na sa page 40. di mo malalaman kung kelan babalik at pano ibabalik dun sa page 1. Marami kasi ang nadagdag na factor para magpa rank ng site.

since you are a web dev, guess you know a lot about computers...

Try mo po small compshop kung malapit kayo sa school, or very high ang human-traffic sa lugar nyo, tapos lagyan nyo printing business...

hi how are you po by now?have u already invest your 50k to business? business has risk alam ng lahat yan pero para walang risk dapat yung business mo hindi ikaw ang system.at dapat po nagleleverage..like mcdo,jolibee,ministop,etc..they do leverage tsaka may residual income..sounds like networking pero hindi po..what if you have a business na small capital pero possible ka po kumita ng malaki laki??if your interested to know just give a call 6249405.thanks..
