nakita ko tong uinvest kahapon lang, i got interested to the extent of thinking of making my own platform but for philippine businesses... i have a business partner who is a hauling contractor, to jumpstart a project needs a considerable amount, usually 500k pesos and above and resorts to financiers who get bigger margins than what uinvest gives... imagine a project with say like 10 trucks and the said trucks can do 5 trips per day then add the minimum guaranteed take of financiers of 200 pesos per truck per trip will translate to a whooping 10k pesos per day

if i get to take into consideration the methodology of uinvest and will still need say like 500k pesos for a 5 year project, let's say we issue 5 shares @ 100k each and have a guaranteed dividend of 10k pesos per share per month for the next 2-3 years

i reckon will translate to a lot of savings not to mention lessening the steps and bottleneck when it comes to project implementation, the dividend will come from the financing cost the company will save compared to having a financier

i'm not a uinvestor yet and not defending uinvest but from my point of view, the dividends doesn't have to be always from operational earnings... it can just like my above example can come from savings from high financing cost

mejo may problema lang ako on how to emulate uinvest dito sa pinas, still researching kung anong attached government agency ang nag-regulate dito para makakuha ng necessary permit/s for a legit operation

I did a quick update on uinvest.ph, see this thread.
To add up, I am also a certified GUN (Uinvest Agent).

Expect more from me in the future. By the way, kung may kakilala kayo na business na gusto mag expand ngunit walang budget, or individual na gusto magtayo ng negosyo pero walang kapital, kontakin nyo lang ako, try natin e aim na ma feature sa uinvest ang businesses sa pinas. Thank you.
