i' m not much of an experienced person regarding this topic that is why information like this would really help a lot...

in general, umiwas kayo sa local "brokers" kung ayaw nyo masunog pera nyo.

walang regulated retail FX broker sa Pinas, as far as i know.
andaming int'l regulated at reputable brokers. napakadali mag-apply & setup ng account.

Exactly...hindi member or walang charter ang FSA jan sa pinas, kaya...iwas nalang..

Being registered with the SEC doesn't mean na reliable na yung company...It just means it can operate within the philippines yun lang...

they charge commission maybe to maintain the competitive spreads, because they are just partners with other brokers. They can't come up with the capital needed so they instead become a retailer of a retailer...

Panalo pala ang brokers sa ganitong Deal...manalo matalo client  ---Panalo pa din sila..
Ang tanong may mga nag tatangkilik ba sa kanila.... kulang lang siguro sa tamang pa alala...

^ yes Sir, parang casino, almost always panalo sila.

kung existing parin yung local 'brokers', most likely active sila sa paghahanap ng clients at new employees.
todo iwas na lang po kayo sa kanila.

I still hope that there will be a decent local broker, pero sad to say wala tlga sa ngaun. sobra sobra sila managa ng mga trader sa commissions at wide spreads at ang masama pa madaming hidden agenda kaya sobrang liit ng chances na kumita sakanila. luckily meron tayong forum dito na nag papaalala..

Nagtataka naman ako sa mga ibang kapatid natin ...bkt sila or bakit meron parin mga naloloko (i hope my term is correct) ng mga local brokers na ito...may choice naman,,,tapos mas gusto mo pa sa may tinatawag na house commission...

I recommend them kasi may effort to educate especially here in the country na di masyadong madali makakuha ng info at expert's advice about forex. I hope these helps.

^ 'effort' to educate is part of their marketing.
magse-setup ba ng branch ang isang international company kung walang nakikitang mapapala dito?

wag nyo po sana lituhin yung mga new traders.
wag nyo pabanguhin yang company.
just state the facts, wala ng flavoring.

by the way, brokers are not necessarily experts sa forex/trading.
but most of them are expert in taking clients' monies. (sunog pera)
hindi madali ang forex/trading & they know it & take advantage of it.


FYI, na-email ko na ang FSA sa UK (financial regulator sa UK) a few months ago.
'EEA Authorised' lang ang license nila sa UK, meaning, pag nagkaproblema with Admi ral ang isang client, hindi sakop ng FSA ang complaint &/or compensation.

any broker basta ideally matagal na & registered dun sa authorities na binanggitko sa itaas.

start mo research mo with: (good/ok brokers in my opinion)
Oanda, dukascopy, MBT, interactive brokers, divisa capital.
hanggat maari wag magtrade live sa MT4 platform. dun ka magtrade sa other platforms (kung available). gamitin mo mt4 pang-charting lang.

remember Sir, bawat broker may + & - so pili ka na lang.

Sir FE, what other flatform can we be used other than MT4? kasi kagabi kakadownload ko plang ng MT4 from oanda e. demo account plang..

I'Ll try to learn it for 6 months or more.. bago ako mglive account.
