Parking lot pa lang sa mga condo, manila area 680,000 -800,000 per slot. Yun sa fort bonifacio 1M!!!!

As to CPG, I dont think I have what it takes to "bet"  on this stock.

I agree ... sooobrang mahal pa rin ng mga condo. 

If mura i doubt na magkaroon ng over supply kasi mdami gusto bumili, lalo na sa Manila wla ka ng makikitang landed properties puro building type na.

@GS, kung wala kang makita malamang wala talagang bagsak presyo.  Kasi ang daming naghahanap, kung wala nang interesado maghanap, yan siguro, simula na ng bagsak presyo.

The news about "CPG H1 net income grows 91% to P944M on strong sales performance of projects" may have pushed the price up but will it be able to sustain? Basing on the trade today, it seems that there are a lot of sellers than buyers with a 1,205,000 volume waiting at the 1.50 level We have also seen a lot of times that we thought CPG did a breakout only to find out its a false one. Caveat if you want to get in. Not for the faint of heart.

CPG was able to hold its price above the 1.4 level. Is this enough for us to see the bullish sentiment for this stock? Volume is picking up but I will wait for a bigger volume before getting in. I remember last time it also went above 1.5 only to dismay traders as it went back to 1.4 level then 1.3
