  • aba, maraming skin diseases, Sir.
    which specific skin problem?

    yung iba kailangan ng gamot.
yung iba kailangan uminom ng health supplements.
yung iba topical application, pwede na.

ang 'cheapest medicine' ay stay healthy. :D
    kumain ng fruits & veggies.
    mag-exercise.
iwasan ang meat (specially beef, pork).
    wag mag yosi, alak, drugs.
have a positive outlook in life.
    smile & laugh.

    depende yan Sir.
meron skin disease na mild lang. merong skin disease na may malalim na dahilan, yung tipong kahit ilang beses mo gamutin, bumabalik balik kasi nga internal ang problema &/or may ginagawa or kinakain ka ng paulit-ulit na sanhi nung skin problem.

pwede yung nabanggit na sulphur soap
    may natural ointments rin.
    pwede ring halamang gamot.
pwede rin yun sunflower oil, VCO, etc...
u have to mention anong skin problem mismo, para targetted ang sagot sayo ng posters dito... pwede mo ring i-PM if u want.
