hhmmmmm (faint alarm bell ringing)

why would you need new investors again?
you should let your existing business stabilize; have a track record of profitability
IF it is profitable, you should REINVEST a reasonable amount of your profits on your existing business
that's the way to grow it

Thanks for ur insight sir.

I hope u don't mind asking u this sir:
Have already experienced to handle 2 to 3 Corporate accounts with Monthly Terms Payment?
Specially if they were starting to send you Volume of Deliveries?

If your answer is Yes, well how did u handle it if you are just starting in this kind of Business with just have not so big or sufficient Fund?

I hope u could give me some pointers.. :thankyou:

no, i have not
but my experience in a very particular scenario is NOT the issue here
and neither would my handling of the case is

does your business plan include looking for investors for months on end? how many months? how much in investor capital are you trying to raise? how much business are you trying to generate in relation to the amount of investment you actually get? does it show a point where fund raising stops in relation to revenues?

sir chasper, if i remember it ryt, parang may nabasa ako dito sa thread na may iba ka pang business to back-up your courier business or something to that effect..why do you need more investor/s pa? i'm just wondering lang pasensya na...and one more thing nasabi mo rin you just needed 100-200k para ma serve ang mga future clients..d pa ba umabot sa ganung amount nag invest sayo?...again, i'm just curious lang.

Valid questions raised by Sir PP. At some point the borrowing got to stop & a debt payment plan coming from the revenues of the business should already be in place. Mahirap yung kuha ka nalang ng kuha ng new funds whenever you need it expand your business. Additional funds should readily he available before getting new clients & not the other way around.

The business can be profitable but if you don't control your borrowing, debt will eventually kill your business & leave you with debt obligations.

That is what we are trying to prevent here, for it has happened on various pmt investment offer not so long ago.

Sit down & do your math. Set a definite limit for your starting capital. Kahit my need or demand, the rest should come from the revenues generated by the biz which includes operatng expenses, payroll, taxas, interest payment & a timeline on how you can pay all your debt.

A plan B should also be in place. If a few of your bigger clients fails to pay. What happens next? It can happen so be prepared for it as well.

Don't get us wrong though. Our intentions are not to discourage but to give our personal opinion that might help pinpoint some issues you might have failed to address. Rest assured we all wish for only success in this endeavor. For you & your investors' sake.

For your idea guys, i have 1 investor now w/c it helps me a lot..

But guys this is a Courier Business w/ Corporate Clients w/c has Terms payment.

Maybe you can make a research po on how much a Courier Business should have Fund to Fully Operate!

Furthermore, Thanks again for the Inputs.. :thankyou:
