Tsk. All I know is that, whenever I get paid from TLA, I have to be deducted 10% of my earnings (they cover 2%) for the payment through paypal. I simply hate it. It wasn't like it before.

^ Sorry about the vagueness of the term. TLA stands for Text Link Ads (www.Text-Link-Ads.com). I am one of the publishers they have, earning a stable amount of cash. Just recently though, they imposed a fee for any payment transaction through paypal (as an effect of paypal's policy update). The revenue is already split 50/50. Now that they implemented the fee, it is like 40/60. Payoneer is cheaper, but I don't have the card yet.
