Thanks Biske, so after maging "Completed" yung bank transfer sa Paypal, I have to wait 2-3 days more para magreflect sa EON account ko? Again, salamat ulit! Rakenrol!

Well, I'm tired with this B*S* EON........ I have sent an email last Friday regarding my transaction and until now I got no response. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Does anyone know how to contact them by phone from Globelines landline?

And lastly, any recommendation of a good bank with online banking?

^^ agreed to their poor customer service. i can't login to my EON account coz biglang nagbago system nila when logging in to online banking. transaction password is required daw. eh di ko nga alam meron ba non, PIN lang naman ang password. ni wala naman silang advise.

i called up their CS toll free hotline last friday. wait lang daw muna ako nang 3 banking days to reset the transaction password.

hay!

i just got my new eon card. ang sabi sa akin sa bank when i asked them about activation na they send daily info about cards na dapat iactivate. but if i want to make it faster daw, i can call their customer service number and request for activation there. i did that and ang sabi sa akin ng nakasagot na nasa bank daw yun kung saan ako kumuha ng card. ang labo naman nilang kausap. i'll just try this card after three days kung naactivate ba talaga or not.

^ thats right very poor customer service, yun nga rin yung akin, transaction password din problems ko. Nung friday nag login ako sa ebanking, while logged it prompt me to change transaction password pero laging transaction failed, then pina reset ko sa customer service by calling them nung friday so sabi irereset nila so i have to wait 24 hours for their email confirming na nareset na nila yung transaction password ko, then today i just got the email confirm na nga na narest na nila and they give me this new transaction password, pero its not active yet coz i have to call them again to enable it. eto ang email na nareceive ko

Quote
Good day,

We have received your request for "Transaction Password Reset".Your transaction password has expired. We have generated a default transaction password "*****". For your security, this transaction password is still inactive, please call our Customer Service Hotline at (632) 841 8600 or our domestic toll-free 1800-1-888-2277 for provincial area, for activation.

Thank you very much,

so i called them again, while talking to one of their CS pina punta ako ng my profile and ask me to try to change the transaction password, when i tried it error naman the error is :

Quote
Transaction password disabled, you cant changed it

so sabi sa akin hintayin ko nalang daw ang tawag nila about this issue "would that be anything else sir?" damn I hate their CS!

ngayon ko lang na encounter transaction password na yan. i have been using their online banking since 2001 pa and now lang sila nag require nang TXN password. ang card ko nga walang CVV sa likod nang card. nasa pocket letter, PIN # & CVV #.

jhay18: same tayo nang situation. i called them up yesterday for the default TXN activation and CS keep me holding for 2mins, siguro 3x, para daw to make a report for the activation. balik na lang daw ako call today kung ano na status. di ba ang HASSLE  Watchuthink?

also, may naka experiece na ba na binawasan ng union bank yung isang online transaction na hindi naman successful yung transfer sa merchant? irerefund ba nila yung amount na binawas nila?

Can someone help me out here.  I got an EON card and already enrolled it for online banking at one of Unionbank's ATM.  I tried enrolling it to my PayPal account but was rejected.  In one of the fora here in PMT, I asked for some advice on what else to do so I can include my EON card in my PayPal account.  Somebody told me to enroll my EON card first at Unionbank's site's EON CyberAccount online banking.  I did that already.  Iwas also asked online to provide a transaction password.  I did that already, too.  After all of that, I tried enrolling my EON card again (for the nth time) in my PayPal account.  But the same thing happened - it got rejected.

I'm really really lost now.  Could somebody please help me out.  Thanks.
