Ayos PGOLD

The indecisiveness of the players last August 3 (as depicted by the doji) results to a good rally on PGOLD‘s price. With an impressive volume and non-confirmation of reversal, this stock might visit the previous high.

Caveat as always.

After a good rally of this stock last Friday we see now an indecisive state. The doji on top of the uptrend may mean that the bulls have already been gone and that the bears may turn the trend downward. Take extra careful on this stock.

When you see a doji at the top of the trend (or below) it doesn’t automatically mean that there will be a reversal tomorrow. It always needs a confirmation.

Caveat!

Price of this stock was sent to a ceiling last Friday but today’s price went down by 17% to 3.17 per share. Notice that the last two candlesticks formed a Dark Cloud Cover.

Last August 2 we saw a Harami and was warned about a possible reversal but the next day we didn't see any confirmation and instead the price went up 2.05%. Yesterday our candlestick is a Shooting Star which is another bearish signal. Still we need a confirmation of this by having a gap down, large red or close below the previous price.

By the way remember that this pattern is has a low reliability. Caveat!

ATN declined 17.65% yesterday. Will there be a continuation of the sell off or bears are already shaken out? If price will gap up tomorrow and result in a large green candle then we will have a Kicking pattern. We can also have a Piercing Line pattern if it will start low but will close above 50% of the previous candle. These two patterns has a very high reliability so if it will happen, then its good to buy at the closing.

Caveat!
