Sayang yung TDY, I think this is a good stock to hold for long term. Ngayon lang siguro correction nito. dahil most of the holders nag take profit na.

^^ broke its support. watch mode nlang muna. maganda ito pag mag breakout sa falling wedge soon pero malayo pa siguro kasi kaka break lang from triangle. Tinginan na din natin report nito hindi pa yata lumalabas?

This stock is worth monitoring for those who want to get in but for those holding this I think it is better to sell on strength in few days.

It has broken from the support line at 11.14 Basing on the Fibonacci Retracement it is approaching 50% level but if we look at other dips of this stock from history it is very seldom it will reach that level

RSI (Relative Strength Index) also indicates it is oversold (30.13) which makes it a very nice to monitor

Caveat!

PGOLD

We haven’t seen a good rally for PGOLD yet and basing on the last candlestick and volume there is not much activity on last Friday’s trade for this stock. Does it mean traders are already losing appetite on this stock for now? We also see a doji at the top of this uptrend. Is it a signal for another retrace?

Let the action on Monday confirm or deny it. Important to monitor if this will create a Abandoned Baby Pattern or Evening Doji Star which are all bearish signals. Caveat!

PGOLD slowing down?

Base on the candlestick formation last July 25 when we have seen ELI's Shooting Star (with confirmation the next day), we haven't seen any formation that will tell us the downtrend will reverse. It might go up a bit from time to time but the general trend is still downward.

Resistance at 0.86 and 0.87 while support is at 0.85

EW (EAST WEST BANKING CORPORATION) made a good rally last August 2 with 3.28% increase but last Friday’s price movement was not impressive. Fewer volume and it declined 0.20% to 19.50 A Harami Cross Pattern was also formed from the last two candlesticks. This might signal for a reversal.

MANILA, Philippines - Rockwell Land Corp. is on an aggressive expansion mode with around P26.3 billion earmarked for the development of a new mixed-use complex on the site once occupied by Colgate-Palmolive Philippines as well as a townhouse project in Quezon City and two condominium projects in Pasig and Makati, in line with its bid to double its earnings to P2.2 billion by 2014.

In a briefing following the company’s annual stockholders meeting yesterday, Rockwell president Nestor Padilla said the company is eyeing a net income of P1.1 billion this year or 20.2 percent higher than the P914.9 million reported in 2011.

“Rockwell is on the brink of accelerated trajectory and expansion. The company is poised for growth given the acquisitions we made in 2011 and our recent public listing. I am confident that we are on the right track,” Padilla said.

Around P17.1 billion has been set aside for the construction of The Proscenium, which will feature five upscale residential towers, a 700-seater performing arts theatre and a retail center with an estimated leasable area of 15,000 square meters. Construction is slated to begin in the fourth quarter this year.

Padilla said the company has tapped Canadian architect Carlos Ott to design The Proscenium. Ott is the designer of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab.
