try niyo wag mag rice for starter for a week, eats lots of fruits, vegetables & eat & drink nothing sweet. nothing fried & fatty foods.

exercise kahit mag-jogging, brisking or biking lang in the morning for 15-30 minutes.

i'll try this today after i've weigh in later...

What would be a good plan to achieve this if you have a busy lifestyle?

Gumagamit ba kayo nung mga patches at mga belt na de-baterya to do
this? I mean, do they really work?

hi i tried some patch and belt before but it's not effective...maybe you should have a balance diet and avoid too much carbs and if you have spare time do some exercise it can helps lossing weight :)

Jogging, Biking, Brisk Walking, Balanced diet, these really helps to reduce weight. I gained so much weight nung nasa Third Trimester ako ng pagbubutis ko. Nung nanganak ako, I weighted around 130lbs, after a month I lose 5lbs, medyo mabagal yung results kasi hindi naman ako masyado makapag exercise since kakapanganak ko lang. I eat a lot din because I was breasfeeding before. But nung nag start nako mag work, 2 months I gave birth, I lost a total of 11lbs. Ngayon 115lbs nalng ako, I am aiming to lose at least 5lbs ulet at the end of the month.

Go for high intensity cardio, or afterburn workout. It makes your body a fat burning mechanism even after your workout. The idea is to increase your metabolic rate.

Also, try this 4minute workout no rest in between,twice a day,every morning and night:
(Only 8 mins daily, no reason cant do it, try it for a week(walang gluttony), compare your before and after weight)

10 reps jumping jacks.
10 reps body squat
10 reps push ups (for beginners or ladies, you can doinclined pushup or the girl pushup)
10 reps lunges.
This completes 1 round.
Repeat everything until 4 mins is up. Ultimate goal is to complete 4 rounds or more after 4 minutes. Sa simula accomplishment na yan kung maka 3 rounds in 4mins.

Makikita nyo alin yung pwede nyong  bawasan. Mas magiging conscious kayo sa kinakain nyo at the same time hindi kayo sosobra sa daily calorie needs nyo. I have been using one for more than a month now. Halos wala ako exercise and nakapagbawas pa ako ng around 4kilos in 1month dahil lang sa hindi ako lumalagpas(binabawasan ko pa nga e).

Sa ngayon, dinadagdagan ko naman yung paglalakad ko. you can use a pedometer or Smartphone app. Target is 10000 steps or more within the day. Everyday(or every other day na muna for beginners :D).

I believe weight loss is a conscious effort... Not mindless eating. :cool2:
