^Definitely not! No offense ha but this is the problem with many internet MLM strategies. They are so hard sell and will say anything just to lure newbies into buying! How can you say that internet MLM is the best business model when you say in the other thread that your best money maker right now is from your hosting referrals? :) Clarification lang ha no offense meant. Is your MLM related to your hosting referrals?

No matter what business you do, MLM, affiliate marketing, online selling or traditional business, it all boils down to your commitment and beliefs. If you can dream it, visualize it, then you can create it. But don't get me wrong the action/creating part is the trickiest thing, since it will take all your energy, faith and effort to sustain and pursue your goal.

Still you have to be clear on "What you really want?"  - if you're answer to this question is: MLM, then MLM is the best business for you!

hahaha, I love reading conversations about this things.

IMO

MLM is a good business, but probably not the best home business if you are just a member yourself

it would probably be the best home business if you own the company
and everything is done online

and yes, you can have people begging you, so they can join your network
and at some point we even have to reject people

and yes, majority of people in MLM are so much into hard selling
that they forget that they are in MLM

@wonderfulpittance
yes, all MLM products are over priced
factually, a lot of products are over priced

@people about magnetic sponsoring or attraction marketing
yes, this works really great.
people are chasing you, so they can join your group
people follow whatever you say and religiously believes in you
and some people are able to learn / acquire the skill in months

but in some cases (like me) it took me years
before I had someone (stranger) asking me
how to join my network
how much does it cost
I have everything prepared cash, ID etc... but what MLM company are you with?

You need to accept what are you with right now, because acceptance is the key to your success.  e.g. Killing people is very hard but why there's a killer? because they accept to kill..

To be a successful business owner, you need to overcome your fear of rejection when trying to make a sales pitch.

In any business, it is of great importance to fall in love with your product first. Kung di mo hilig magbenta ng say, beauty products, or hindi mo talaga gustong magbenta ng kahit anong product, then MLM is not for you. If you don't feel like recruiting, then MLM is never for you.   Just as Sunday painting is a good sideline for those who are exceptionally talented with the craft, MLM is only a good business for those who already have what it takes to knock on someone's door and sell.   If you are horribly running out of cash and you still want to pursue your career in "painting" kahit alam mo na aabutin ka ng ilang taon bago matutong gumawa ng portrait, then better change what you are doing for practicality's sake.  :hmmph:

Better invest your time on activities that you really WANT and think YOU CAN DO. But the truth is that most MLM products are VERY HARD to sell.  :coffee: You can learn all sales pitch possible, you can practice recruiting people all you want, but since your life is FINITE you better weigh down how much time you are actually consuming just so you would do better with selling or acquiring downlines.

Hindi pagiging NEGA ang pagtanggi sa MLM.  It's just that it's really not for everyone, and that's the blunt truth.

Wow maganda ang topic dito, anyways share ko na din sa inyo guys yung misconcept about MLM, I'm also a networker i have 2 companies and alam ko na alam nyo na 97% ng networkers ang talgang nag fafailed, Wala naman talagang mali Sa MLM kasi system ito. Ang mali talaga dito eh yung mga nagiging members nito, Sa mga nakita ko sa mga Members 2 main reasons talaga ang dahila kung bakit sila walang resulta, Una they have the wrong mindset, MLM is for everyone but not everyone is for MLM dahil iba iba tau ng takbo ng isip, Madami kasing sumasali dito na My lottery mindset, ung akala nila tumaya sila sa lotto tapos aasa na mananalo sila, ung iba naman employee mindset, hindi entrepreneur mindset, konting problema, konting rejection nasuko na kagad sila. Hindi nila naisip na negosyo ang pinasok nila and lahat ng business nagkakaproblema but it's not about the problem it's about the solution and most networkers focus on the problem rather than the solution.
2nd is because most networkers doesn't understand the word "Marketing" They just pitch their business to anyone at umaasa na sana yung makausap nila eh magugustuhan yung business nila, They do flyering, Pamumusakal, minsan nagsisinungaling pa sa prospects mainvite lang sa office, Now hindi ko cnsbing mali ito, except ung pagsisinungaling mali talaga yun, it's just that these are Old school and traditional strategies. Kung 1984 ang panahon pwede mo pa itong gamiting but today we are on the information age, If you are in MLM you need to have the modern and effective strategies, Saludo pa rin ako sa lahat ng networkers nalulungkot lang ako na madami sa kanila ang gngmit pa din ang old school strategies. Pero naniniwala ako na darating yung time na dadami pa din ang mga taong papasukin ang MLM at gagawin ito ng tama.

thank you guys for reading my reply in this wonderful topic hopefully nakatulong to sa mga nagbabasa ng topic na to especillay newbies and struggling networkers godbless sa inyo at more success sa inyo

Hmmm...the question is so tricky coz if you will analyze it, MLM as a home business? If you are into internet network marketing, you might be bale to consider it as such coz you work at home to get leads and later on close the sale maybe even still at home. But with my experience, they would often meet up with you in the office so you would still have to get out from your house and take the time and effort to go to your MLM's office right?

And there are so many network marketers out there who are still into traditional marketing where they are always outside their house doing MLM business, talking to their invites, prospecting and doing all that traditional marketing stuff that they are used to in doing the MLM business.

So, the question if MLM is the best home business, that's if you are into MLM online products and you know how to market it online and no more meet ups needed to process the whole transaction.
