I'm very sorry if I have to bring this issue to the forum as I have been removed from the egroups of investees with delayed payments where I am, err was, subscribed. Just got this message when I tried to post: We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (_________-investors) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:

* You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
* The owner of the group may have removed this group.
* You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.
* This group may not be open to posting.

This happened after I asked for an update from Piameg about the person she knows who. She did reply to my email telling me that she will only update to one of my co-fund poolers, and not to me.

Yes I did post in the various threads the same warning message to expose her derogatory remarks to one investee and i still have the chat transcript where our group discussed about her remark. This is to warn everyone about her being double-standard: that is, she is running after those whom she has investments and trying to help other investors get back their investments and be their representative yet she is quiet when it comes to her biz partner who owes us some amount of money. After what i shall expose, many will vindicate puberer because he is not the one who has the crab mentality.

this is what really makes me mad, she is trying to project to be the good guy and is able to convince some members of the egroups where i was a member until she removed me from the list. i do not intend to convince those who believe her to take my side once i am forced to bring out the transcript. all that i am saying is to weigh things base on their merits. i have warned her about this post for so many times and she has repeatedly told me she is not afraid. i do not intend to frighten her, i just want to set her free from her lies, one of which is accusing me that I am the mole in the egroup. The burden of proof is on her side. If she thinks removing me from the egroup can prevent me from reaching my fellow investors, she better think twice. Why is she so afraid about what I have to expose? If she is clean as she tries to project, then she will come out clean and I will earn the anger and condemnation of those who read it. I am ready to put my credibility at stake. While it does not look good for a gentleman to put up a fight with a gentle woman, gender has no bearing on this post. I hope everyone understands me.

I can vouch for piameg integrity than whitehat, rads, moi, angelita, glencube etc.

So whats credibility you are talking about

Kung may inissue sya na tumalbog na check edi file a case. Otherwise magmumukha ka nyang katawa tawa

Uy, I did'nt know that Rads, Moi and Piameg's name can be used in the same sentence as Angelita and Glencube..

@sir tops, well, sir, kung talbog na checke hinahanap mo, wala siyang inisyu sa akin dahil hindi naman po siya investee. pero ang business partner niya, iyon ang nag-isyu sa akin ng checke na tumalbog na dalawang beses na. pero that's another issue. the credibility issue i am referring to here is her being double-standard and being so angry with another poster whom she labels as one having a crab mentality because he allegedly pulls down other investees. look who's talking? siya mismo naninira sa isang investee na mataas ang credibility yet kung mag-post siya sa thread ng investee na iyon eh parang wala lang, di siya nanira roon. marami pa siyang inconsistencies which i can enumerate if asked.

anyway, thanks for your opinion, sir. it may differ from mine but i appreciate it so that i can be as objective as possible.

@ sir DonT, in fairness to pia, she is not in the same category as with the others mentioned. the others are alleged or proven scammers. piameg is not. the issue with her is a lot different.

pag-usapan nyo na lang ni ma'am pia yung konting di nyo pagkaintindihan.

baka kasi sa kaka-issue natin kay pia, mawala tayo sa focus sa totoong ugat nitong problem, yung failure ng investees sa kanilang mga contractual obligations sa investors.

...baka habang nagbabangayan tayo dito, e biglang mawala ng parang bula yung mga real culprit at tangay ang pera natin.

focus on the real problem...our investments at stake.

no, sir, na-mixed up nyo po. pia has a biz partner, iyon kasi ang tawag niya dun, then at the same time broker at investor din siya ng biz partner niyang iyon. theoretically business partners tayong lahat na mga investors at investees. pero to make it clear, kami po ang investor, si piameg naman ay biz partner ng investee namin, at the same time broker and investor din. let's not get confused po sana with the semantics.

hindi po namin kabakas si piameg kasi hindi naman po siya kasali sa grupo namin na fund poolers. nakiusap lang po siya sa biz partner niya na kung puwedeng makisabay din siya sa investment namin para ma-avail din po niya ang rate na nakuha namin as a group investor.

^ we can never really tell, sir. kasi puwedeng pinasok niya rin ang mga cheke at tumalbog pero in reality nabayaran siya. i don't know. i cannot tell. can you?

kung si WH nga napuwersa niyang bayaran siya para magamit niya sa trip niya sa china and palawan, eh di lalo na siguro iyong biz partner niya? besides, with all the alibis, na halos kapareho na rin ng ibang investees, di na namin alam kung ano paniniwalaan.
