Hi, I'm Thirdy Lopez, real estate investor. I am aiming to begin proactively practicing the real estate concepts shared by Larry Gamboa and Trace Trajano from Think Rich Pinoy Series.

As the book said, working with people is required towards the road to success so I am looking for partners to work with me in practicing real estate investing.

My idea is to work with in Makati (primarily) and then moving onto Pasay and Pasig eventually.

I am looking for partners who had or are the following:
Required:
1. Read and understood the concepts presented in the 3 Think Rich Pinoy books.
2. Can meet with the team on Saturday morning within the Makati area (Regular meetings is a must for success as a team).
3. Has a personal goal of financial freedom and willing to work on a team goal.
4. Willing to go beyond his/her comfort zone.

Optional (not required):
1. Owns a car for marketing and property trippings.
2. is a lawyer or knows a lawyer.
