This rate is special rate until Dec. 6, 2010 lang ang offer and fix rate po yan as long na the loan was acquired during the promo period... For regular rate, it ranges from 2.5% - 3.5% per annum depende sa term..

matingnan nga yung site, at para malaman din kung yung mga islamic bank dito sa uae ay mas lower and rates kaysa commercial banks.

I guess they have.. kasi meron regulatory body (Shariah) as watchdogs... They (Islamic Banks) should comply with Shariah guidelines or else they will be penalized or at worst matatanggalan ng license...
