Hi Sir,

Unfortunately po, we no longer offer 5.5% passive income.
I'm sorry po, I don't explain much here sa thread topic forum
If you're really interested po, you can visit us in our main office. Myself and the rest of the board will be most happy to show physically everything that you want to know (not just merely talking/explaining) to you all other stable business opportunities that we have. We also don't do email sweet special offers to our would be clients.

You will realize also that the 5.5% interest earnings per month is too low (Formal business). Please do visit us po.
Just inform me the exact date & time so that the rest of the
board will be informed.

Salamat po sa inyong interes.

For your info. found this in the net. I don't know how's true is this or is this just a front of the company to scam peoples money. Let it us unmask this scammers scheme...

PEMSI- PinoyTayo Enterprises, Management & Services, Inc.
No. 58 RPM Building, Quirino Highway, Sto. Cristo, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan

COMPANY PROFILE

Taking cue in the learning experiences and initial successes of Pinoy micro-entrepreneurship into the Year 2000s where the reality of migrations abroad or expatriate living versus local unemployment became more pronounced, the small, individual business enthusiast found himself organizing with the many like him to improve contacts and for generation of ideas or perish. The better involvement of the government with their commercial technology programs and the private sector with the proliferation of flea markets and mall stalls contributes well in growing and developing micro-entrepreneurship as the solution to poverty. With the big help of the Internet and tech gizmos and devices, the businessperson today is decidedly in the best position than 10 years ago for more opportunity and higher profits.

PEMSI is one such company today that began 3 years ago under different association names, leaders and members as a loose group of business enthusiasts that came to be organized by the same individual visions and missions – until it galvanized its goals into a corporation that are currently personified by the following key persons:

REY P. MANALO

JOCELYN G. SALCEDO

DOMINGO E. PIQUERO, JR.

JOCELYN G. DELA CRUZ

ALLAN V. DE LIMA

PEMSI was conceptualized with the Pride, Honor and Dignity of the Filipino at heart. It views the Filipino as a most energetic, agile, industrious and skillful worker and leader when given any opportunity for livelihood or achievement.

In the delivery of these corporate virtues, it utilizes businesses, organizations, cooperation and alliances as its vehicle.
Business
It operates a micro-lending activity for two (2) now that serves to support the capitalization needs of four (4) public markets at this time in Bulacan and hopes to begin its services to two (2) more by the end of the year.

At very reasonable interest rates, PEMSI is enjoying a very wide patronage. Further, micro-financing has been found to have fewer risks in cases of failure to redeem loaned collaterals where required.

Aside from cash, PEMSI will soon loan grocery items to its entrepreneur clients, or may even facilitate real estate loans in the very near future. And aside from the usual items, PEMSI may begin accepting lots and other real estates, including motorcycles/tricycles and automobiles as collaterals.

Loans for these items remain to be soft in nature since the borrowers’ cash requirements are still within the bounds of small investments ranging only from Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.000) to Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00).

Organizations

A negotiation for a pawnshop business franchise is currently underway to begin putting up shops next year, to be coupled with money transfer operations later on.

As a pawnshop entity, PEMSI will begin with accepting laptop and cell phone devices. Later, home appliances and similar valuable gadgets may also be transacted as collateral for soft loans. Considering that traditional pawnshops have ceased accepting household items as loan collaterals, PEMSI may serve as an alternative source for people’s needs for cash. Vehicle-collateralized loans will also fall under this activity.

PEMSI will seek to organize corporations in this regard with people who like to enter this business as it also plans to engage with the standard catering to jewelry and gem stones, being the most cash-exacting activity in this field.

Cooperation

A free lotto pooling scheme is now ready to be implemented wherein contributions of one hundred (100) or more people will be organized to a common fund for the purpose of “lotto bakasan”. This service is free of charge unless there will be winnings.

The lotto playing field will level of better to players when they organized to pool their resources and multiply the opportunity for winning a hundred fold or more, using the simple virtue of Bayanihan. Mas kayang-kaya kung sama-sama.

Alliances

It is the Overseas Filipino Workers and the now relevant Pinoy entrepreneurs who practically makes the Philippine economy go ‘round. They are the living and dynamic factors of Filipino Pride, Honor and Dignity.

PEMSI has a more specific point of view on the greater role of OFWs and Entre-Pinoys: They are the way to salvation of each of their countrymen from poverty: The precious well (source) from which funds will come from for the utility and return by business enthusiasts (users) in such a way that is profitable for the sources and users of such fund.

PEMSI, as the moderator to this new order with its businesses, organizations, cooperation and alliances, will work to secure the enterprises, management and services and, most importantly, the internal control environment where all good, honest endeavors should grow and prosper.

Communication is the first key – it is now firmly in place by way of the Pinoy Tayo Forum:
