Yes you can. You will just have to verify it by entering a code that will be posted in your Credit card bill.

If you have access to your bpi credit card statement online, you should be able to view it online asap, something like this -http://paymanila.com/forum/index.php?topic=113.0

If you don't have an online access for your credit card, you can wait for your next bill to arrive. That is if umabot sa cut off yung nabawas na random amount sa current billing period mo. If not, sa susunod na bill pa nun.

Kaya di pwede yun antayin mo lang sa statement.

I guess my dad doesn't have a Credit card it was a ATM card... So do you think that would do?

You can't verify your Paypal account using an ATM card. If you don't have a credit card, you can also verify your account using a Visa Debit card.

The easiest way to get a Visa Debit is by getting the EON by Union Bank. Around 200 pesos lang ata ang annual fee nun tapos meron din access sa internet.
