mag-ingat kayo sa taong ito. donato luis v. Lopez, magbebenta sya ng item na mura tapos thru bank ang payment. pag nadeposit mo na yung payment wala syang mabigay na tracking number ng item na binili mo sa kanya. jamesss ang username nya sa tipidpc. baka nag isgn-up na rin sya dito at mambiktima.

active na naman sya manloko. search nyo muna sa google ang name ng ka deal nyo baka sakaling may lumabas na negative feedback.

talagang dapat naman po ganun... eyeball talaga.... in person or cam to cam sa yahoo kung magkalayo ng bansa... and.. dapat show all the identifications nung tao na ka deal mo and isa pa.. if you know his/her e mail try to look for sa facebook so you can see who are you dealing with.... advice lang po....

Mag-ingat din po kayo kay NORMAN PENA AKA. OMAN21.
Had a deal with this person but had some problems with the item and shipping.
Talked to the said person over the phone and was trying top make arrangements so that the deal will push thru.
At first he agreed to meet my friend para kaliwaan na sila sa item since he had deposited the payment. (I never denied his payment/deposit)
The following day he changed his decision and told me to just deposit his money/refund.
Which i did. (I have the bank deposit slips with me)
I made 2 deposits on his bank account at Union Bank.
I've been silent for the past few weeks. Don't want to step down on his level and was trying to solve the issue in a more decent way.
I am making this statement because this person STILL DENIES that he never got any amount from me.
Pinapalabas nya na wala syang natatanggap na refund/money.
See page 19 & 20. He edited his posts because he got his refunds but till now he's still ruining my reputation.
This person is even finding more ways to ruin my reputation.
"Tao lang din naman ako... Nagkakamali!"
If i had bad experiences with my past di mo na naman siguro kailangan halungkatin yung mga bagay na yun just to backup your stand on this issue.
If you have a problem with me then face me like a man hindi yung ganito.
People commit mistakes. People also change. Everyone deserves a chance. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt.
I have saved all the threads this person created.
It is not right to judge a person on his past failures.
I will have the deposit slips scanned para makita ng lahat kahayupan mo.
Di tama yung ganyan!
I comited a mistake on our deal but i did my part and sent your refund back.
Ok lang din naman sakin kahit dagdagan ko pa refund ng konting amount for the hassle.
Just because na-hassle ka ng konti ipagkakalat mo na wala kang natanggap na kahit ano.

If I was a smart scammer, I won't be even using my TRUE NAME. It might be possible that it is an alias. Indeed the lesson here is careless trust is dangerous. Kahit magkakapatid nag kakalokohan sa pera what more from a stranger.

mr. donato nabawi ko na yung iniscam mo sa akin sa mabuting paraan. pero ikaw ang pangalan mo na ipinagpalit mo sa maliit na halaga, habang buhay dadalahin ng pamilya mo. mababasa nila ito sa mga forums na iniscam mo....
