Definitely a "Yes" for me, why not? We have to start a moral revolution. Vote wisely this coming election. Philippines will be in the global map again.

Buy land here, masarap magretire dito. Mas laid back at lower cost kaysa ibang countries. The weather's great. You can get to around almost anywhere w/ public transpo.  If you get bored and have the money, get a franchise business w/c seems to have become quite a fad lately.

If you are not living here, get a business that won't need your personal management gaya ng sari-sari store. Daming kupit at utang dyan. Sa real estate ventures, get a real estate manager and that's it.

By the way, relatives will be the ones to pull you under. Proven again and again with us. It is just that my mother goes on the warpath pag na-critisize mga kamag-anak nya.

before naisip ko mag migrate along with my family na lang sa US or Japan, but nung makuha ko ang precious kong apo ay gumalaw nanaman ang pagiging business minded ko at di ko na pahahawakan sa iba. also philippines as you notice mga kapatid ay talaga naman very blessed ng ating "AMA". analyze po mga kapatid yung mga nag migrate sa ibang bansa bago sila mag si tanda ng husto are umuuwi rin dito sa pilipinas.
why???? ayaw di nila matapo sila sa home for the aged....
that is why nakapag isip isip na ako. at lumakas ang loob ko...
lalo na ng makuha ko ang apo ko. parang nabuhay ulit ang anak ko....

GOD IS GOOD.......    :thankyou:

I agree with you sir/mam ferrarieverest...
really same thing happened to myself also...
"sila" as in ang maghihila sa iyo pababa...
but of course not all relatives ay ganun.
kadalasan mga inggitero at inggitera ang mga "bad"......  :hello:

I always wanted to have business here in Philippines, i got an opportunity to migrate with other countries but i dont like it. Having business here is helping other people to earn. If we all go out, who will teach them?

Let the money work here & its cycle must go on.
Invest dapat dito sa Pinas.
