Goodday:
I would like to know if anyone has taken PDIC to court in Canada or anyother country for delay in paying claim.I filed December 2009 told all in order and as the account was and/or my husband need not apply Since then numerous papers for my husband to sign. Heard nothing since November 2010 nearly on year.Tired of their delay tactics and as Small Claims court in Canada only costs $75 to file a claim and since PDIC is a crown corporation the the Philippine Consul/Embassy would be their representative in other countries. It would be nice if PDIC paid as the law requires. Here in Canada the claim has to be settled witin 2 months by CDIC.Thank You.

I just started a facebook page,Victims of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation. Please add your problems or at least "like" I hope that some daylight will help clean up that rats nest.

Would be interesting to know. Take them to court in the USA and hopefully when one of thir bosses visits this country we can charge them
