Filinvest is offering a corporate paper at 8.2% net per annum for five years. Is this company okay? Thanks guys for your inputs!

This indeed provides a relatively high return. 8.2% net is good considering Filinvest is a relatively stable company.

richpulubi, saang bank may nago-offer niyan? Yung BPI branch ko, nde nila alam kung may ganyan.

Try calling BDO. They should offer it, but I was informed and will be buying from private bank. I think this issue will be sold out fast, so I'm reserving now! Issue date is Oct. 22 ata. Minimum is 1M.

Boss FG, baka meron nito sa BPI AMTG, kaya lang ako hirap kumuha dyan, kung sa BPI Sec ka naman, may usual tax naman kahit more than 5 years. The best so far ang BDO sa accomodation and lowest commission kaya lang medyo steep nga ang minimum.

Ako I had experienced narin investing in corporate bonds through ING. Personal lang, I won't invest in Filinvest. I just don't like the company. Hunch lang but investing is based on a lot of hunch din. Hehe.

I got BDO kasi before for 8% net for only 2 years. Un ung mas sulit.

@drickchua99, mas oks nga yan. 8% net for 2 years only. Mas mabilis ang payback.
