muzta bernie .... nagtataka lang po ako.... sabi nyo nanirahan kayo sa US ng 38 yrs pro kelangan kayo bumalik sa america every 6 months dahil permanent resident palang kayo at di citizen ng america... eh sa tinagal nyong 38 yrs sa america di kayo nakapagapply ng citizen status sa america? ang alam ko po pag us citizen ang isang tao, di na kelangan bumalik balik sa america na di maapektuhan yung citizen status nyo sa america. sayang naman po di kayo nakapagapply habang nasa america kayo ng 38 yrs ksi di na sana po kayo mapeperwisyo at mapapagastos sa biyahe.

Hi e-milyonaryo, that was a nice question hehehe. Sa amin magkakapatid ako lang hindi nagpachanged ng citizenship... The only logic that i know why is because permanent resident and citizen is the same in terms of benefits. The only thing is when you are only a permanent resident you cannot vote, aside from that, you can have all the benefits that a citizen can get.

One other thing, i never thought that i would marry in the Philippines. And my wife doesn't want to live in the US either, so that's more served the purpose of me being not a citizen. If i ever apply for my citizenship, is only because of my kids, to give them option to live there if they will choose to when they grow up.

Yes, unfortunately US requires a permanent resident to only spend not longer than 6 months outside US if you want to keep your residency, so as well with citizens, they require you to only stay up to 1 year outside US. In other words, you have to enter US before those period due. I have been doing this for almost 3 years now. If you overdue your stay outside the US they will grill you at immigration hehehe. I already got that experienced...

base sa kuwento nyo, mukhang pinakamagandang option nyo ay magapply ng citizen status sa US since mukha naman kayong qualified magapply. Pagka US citizen na kayo wala na kayong limitasyon kung ganu kayo katagal mawala sa US. ang kagandahan ng option na yan nde na kayo kelangan pabalik balik sa US kada 6 months o taon taon. maiipon nyo pa o maiinvest yung perang nagagastos nyo sa biyahe sa america. nakakahinayang lang po yung pera kung may paraan naman tulad ng sa inyo. At BTW po, kung US Citizen na kayo, pde pa kayo magapply ng dual citizen sa pinas para maging US tsaka Fil Citizen kayo. Kaya doble bentahe kung mag US Citizen kayo kung plano nyo manirahan sa pinas ng walang taning bumalik sa america.

meron ba member dito interesado kumita online? iPM nyo ko o kaya i-skype o YM at ituturo ko sa inyo papano. malaki na po kinikita ko at sa taon 2012 pde na po ako magresign sa work at magfocus full-time sa online business.

Hello! I am also new here from PA. May Jollibee sa new york. I am not a big fan of jollibee pero I always go to Max's restaurant and Red Ribbon sa jersey city. Mas maraming choice.

I spoke to a friend who lives in NY and he said that there is a jollibee in jersey city. I might just have to stop by at Jersey City, it seems to have more options!
