According sa link na binigay mo, and I quote:

  "CHAIN  DISTRIBUTION  PLANS"  OR
"PYRAMID SCHEMES" MEANS SALES DEVICES WHEREBY A PERSON,
UPON  A CONDITION THAT HE MAKES AN  INVESTMENT, IS GRANTED
BY  THE  MANUFACTURFR  OR  HIS  REPRESENTATIVE,  A RIGHT  TO
RECRUIT  FOR  PROFIT  ONE  OR  MORE  ADDITIONAL  PERSONS  WHO
WILL ALSO BE GRANTED SUCH RIGHT TO RECRUIT UPON CONDITION
OF MAKING  SIMILAR INVESTMENTS; PROVIDED, THAT THE PROFITS
OF THE PERSON EMPLOYING SUCH A PLAN ARE DERIVED PRIMARILY
FROM  THE  RECRUITMENT  AND  INVESTMENT  OF  OTHER  PERSONS
INTO  THE  PLAN  RATHER  THAN  FROM  THE  SALE  OF  CONSUMER
PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CREDIT.

Pano mo po nasabi na "sounds a lot like Royalebusiness club"  when in Royale, a person should purchase the Royale's product package for him to be a member?By selling the products included in the package, bawi na membership mo. So in connection with the statement above, I don't think Royale members are paid PRIMARILY from recruitment and investment rather it's more on the sale of the products.

Isa pa pong tanong...pag di ba member ng DSAP, ibig sabihin pyramiding na?

Alam ko po marami kang alam regarding MLM, but I've been a member of some, been recruited by others and studied their business plans but for me, dito ako mag-focus kasi I believe it's a stable company with excellent products. That is what I believe, and no one can take that from me.

Ever heard of product-based pyramid scheme?
I got that from this website (very educational): http://ftc.gov/os/comments/bizoppstaffreport/00009-57282.pdf

Note: I am not against "Royale Business Club", I do not know what this company sells.

Anyway, good luck selling the product ma'am.

^just like any other pyramiding MLM, they sell overpriced products and use a binary model (pairing left and right recruits). Front lang un products when you are recruiting. Just the same, you earn when you recruit in exchange for the products (kuno). You profit from recruiting.

I don't know na what happen to him.. Kamustahin ko nga.. :)

^most of the products are supplements. Which says that it has no therapeutic claims.

And you can buy it cheaper commercially.

Tsk tsk. They claim they want to help others by selling health products. I would rather refer products to my friends cheaper products that are as effective if not more than their products.

Answer: eBay

Hahaha!  This is what I noticed... the products they (most MLM) sell can be found in eBay at a very low cost.

An example: A certain "load" MLM sells the service for 250php.  Some people are selling it at 100php or 50php.  A forumer here is giving it away for free.  Hahaha
By the way, you earn if the "service" is used so giving it away might be a right decision.

Reading all those comments. very interesting ang mga usapan.

May safety net ang company at very stable.

Believe first in yourself and you'll see, Invest first in yourself before others will invest with you. In my part I just share my products, I just inform them I have a business, if they are interested I share the business and if they join we help them built their business the right way.

Negastar are great challenge for all. ^_^

Want to learn more sa negosyo namin? message me lang.

Royale Business Club is NOT a member of DSAP, or Direct Selling Association of the Philippines.  This Should be a red flag to everyone who is a member.  Also, I've noticed some friends who have joined have started acting very "cult like." They are all saying the same things.  Very weird.  It has completely taken over their Facebook pages, and every one of the statuses and pictures has something to do with RBC.  Many of the are posting pictures of their paychecks.  I think they are trying to lure others to join by using the vice of material possessions.  They are luring because there is a bonus pay for recruiting, than additional pay for a "pair."  Yikes folks.  I know of at least one marriage it is ruining.  The husband is obsessed with the "DREAM" and blew all their money on the King package that his upline convinced him to buy with the promise that he would make back his 12,888 pesos in just a few months.   He's been working hard for months and still no money.   False promises.  Sad.  The love of Money IS the root of all evil.  One upline told his downlines that when recruiting, only show people the Maximum amount of pesos that could be made.  VERY DECEPTIVE!        I've said enough.  The fact that it's NOT a member of DSAP should be enough to run fast and far away.

A batchmate of mine is making it "big" in Royale. Nothing against him. Hes been in MLM industry since the Forever Living era. Its his line so i guess he is comfortable with it.

And true, he keeps posting on his facebook videos and pics ofhis talks, f0rums and europe trips, with matching "Royalista! Kaboom!"...lol

My Royale friends are really acting more strange.  I can almost describe it as cult like.  Some are really losing touch with reality.  Anyone else experience this with friends or family in the business? Those that are just doing it as extra income and out selling products are still normal.  It's those who are basically believeing that God has no power over their life anymore, because they believe that they themselves control their own fate by how hard they believe.  Very strange, and concerning.  In fact, they get very angry with me when I share scripture with them.  They think I'm a negative force in their life and am toxic to their business.  Please, someone give me some feedback.  I'm just concerned about the strange cult like behavior changes in my friends.
