I’m a freelancer, internet marketer and web developer who is looking for some savvy investors to expand my existing business and my next projects. I have a good business model which can guarantee my investors to have a profit of up to 150% after 10 months. Investors will be paid up 15% of their investment every month on their bank accounts for 10 months, then the principal amount is paid at the end of the term. Post-dated checks will be issued to the investor upon investing and signing on the investment agreement.

Minimum investment is Php25,000. This is a limited investment opportunity and will be closed once funding is enough. Effective March 1, 2010, the following terms and rates will apply:

P25,000 to P99,999 — 3% monthly interest (30% profit in 10 months)
P100,000 to P249,999 — 6% monthly interest (60% profit in 10 months)
P250,000 to P499,999 — 9% monthly interest (90% profit in 10 months)
P500,000 and more — 12% monthly interest (120% profit in 10 months)

Principal is still paid after the end of term, which is still 10 months.

Yes may konting revisions sa investment plans as advised by some investors.

Investment Plans (10-Month Term): Principal Paid at the end of term.

Investment Monthly Interest
P25,000 - P99,999 ------- 8%
P100,000 - P249,999 ------ 12%
P250,000 and more ------ 15%

Sir please don't hijack my thread if you haven't seen the proposal yet. I don't force my investors when I meet and discuss the business with them. I understand your concerns since many investment scams are currently happening in this country and I assure you this is not one of them. I'm just looking for angel investors who understand the potential of this opportunity.

kung maganda ang business sisiw ang 8% or 15% a month... Its just you need to really scrutinize yung proposal....
