kung ikaw ofw and you want to invest your hard earned money. wag magmadali. research first about the business or investment you want to have. Gaya ng HARD earned money ninyo, wala talagang easy money. Pag meron magsabi na sigurado kikita, magduda ka na at i-research mo muna. Kasi kung sigurado kikita eh d lahat nalang ng tao yan ang gagawin

Marami nang programs ang nag-ooffer ng passive income na pwedeng gawin online.... I recommend two:

this takes time though.
but once it's running and stable, it's sulit

I am an OFW in Israel, have been living here for 11 years. In the last 6 years I have accumulated $83,000 value real estate properties; now I plan to invest in a little bigger money generating business. I discoverd I am good at negotiation, have patience, I dont "fall in love" with the property offered and dont pay whatever is asked, and I have a very good (and famous) atty in Makati, with whom I started working recently, and a very good biz consultant. One of the secrets is; I send my family ONLY what they need, not what they want. and they are modest and dont ask. I see around me many filipinas, every time “emergency” in their families and they ask for urgent money. And they send - and don’t save a penny. With my family - No; they get a monthly allowance - AND THAT'S IT. And they manage very nicely. That is the first secret how i managed to save. I am not going now to tell the whole story how I increased my savings; I want here only to call my fellow OFWs, who may be interested in joining me - send me emails to donatosrz@gmail.com. I dont promise yet anything; you are not committed to anything. When I am sure the biz I want to go into was checked from all angles and is worth investing - I shall let you know. $83,000 x 45 = PhP 3.7M

4 apt house
+1 two-storey 6BR house
+ 4 lots
+ 1 lot
+ 3 small lots
= i dont't think it's just around 3.7M.

if you have those properties, why are you asking for investors? you can loan in a bank. you have collateral. you have a good attorney and biz consultant in makati that can help you.

anyways, how do you know you're good at negotiation? did you personally negotiated those properties in phil. while your in israel?

I suggest paupahan business..kuha ka lang ng maayos na katiwala na magreremit ng pera bank acct mo mothly..but you should be good in monitoring it

^ always take into account the risk involved whenever you let other people (especially friends and relatives) directly manage your money and business...
