Hi everyone, newbie in this forum.. I have an existing MF with ATR Kim Eng and their customer service is very good plus i have online monitoring of my account with them.. However, there are other fund managers like PAMI who has online monitoring too bit the performance is a lot better in 1, 3 and 5yrs.. unfortunately i've send numerous emails to PAMI but no one has responded to my email yet.. is their customer support usually poor? Is there anyone here who has PAMI MF? do you mind if I get ur agent's email add so I can direct my transactions with a specific agent and to help me get started? Im currently here in Singapore kc kaya I cn only communicate with them through email.

Thanks in advance for the response :) God bless you all :)

You can send email to Mr. Gerry-O Landazabal ( Gerry-O.Landazabal@aia.com ). He is working at main office of Philam Asset Management, Ayala, Makati. Actually, he is my agent to my Philam Strategic Growth Fund.

Hope will help.

Sa mga matagal nang investors sa mutual funds offered by BPI, BDO or Sun Life, meron na ba sa inyo na imbes na nag-earn yong invested amount ninyo after 6 months or a year ay nabawasan?

Prospective MF investor pa lang po ako. Thanks

Question, for those who has agents sa PAMI, sunlife, etc mutual funds, may mga corresponding comm charges that you pay? Or u buy and sell based on the day's navps?

All my MFs and UITFs kasi are with bpi, and i just monitor, buy and sell shares thru expressonline. The price per share is same whether you buy or sell, so there are no overriding costs. Yung fees are alredy internal to d management fees incurred calculated sa daily navps

You have 2 options for sales load or charges, this is for Sun Life MF;

Option A, front load, you will be charge upon  investment, no charges upon redepmtion or withdrawal, no holding period

Option B, back end load, zero load, but you have to lock in your investment for 5 years, you will be charge if you redeem within 5 years..

@naya,

Same experience with josh.. during the financial crisis parang
20% ang paper loss ko.

@ josh,

The bigger the amt
the smaller the fee
Ang back end, ay nka base sa duration ng investment mo,
after x number of months/years, wala nang back end fee.

VUL Funds po ito and governed by the Insurance Commission not the SEC.

mxherr5, thanks!
So kahit may paper loss siya, pabayaan ko lang, at baka mabawi niya in several months or a year? Iwidro ko lang yong investment ko if yong price per share niya is equal or more sa pinambili ko? Thanks again...

SIP or in other words Systematic Investment Plan is a very good method to invest in different mutual funds with little money on regular basis. You can also visit my blog post for more details
