oh well i thought you are working somewhere in the finance/accounting dept. I am not working with lafarge but i know the company. RCM/La farge became our supplier for the construction of Remington Hotel at Resorts World Manila.

most of the time d ko rin ma open ang colfinancial na site pero I use citiseconline.com.ph so far ok naman ginagamit ko as of this writing

Kaya ako ayaw ko umasa sa iisang online broker. Paminsan kung kailan may magandang trade, tsaka tinotopak system. Sayang naman pagkakataon. Mabuti na yung may at least dalawa.

Guys, tanong lang from a newbie - sinusunod niyo po ba yung investment guide ng COL? halimbawa sinabi niya na I HOLD muna ang pagbili sa stock ni Company A - tapos may target price na indicated di ba? ibig bang sabihin pag lampas na value ng stocks mo sa target price na inadvice ng COL - mas mabuting i sell mo na lang yun? What If I am doing cost averaging?

No. If HOLD ang explaination ng COL e expect that stock to either increase OR decrease by 15% in the next few months. Mainly due to the company's status.

If SELL it means the stocks already reached its FV value. Pero khit nasa FV na cya it doesnt mean di na cya pede tumaas pa, friendly reminder lng ito ni COL.

If you are doing EIP i suggest personally for you to STOP buying that stock until it becomes a BUY again and put your money for the meantime to other EIP Listed companies.

question, ilang beses kung lumabas yung investment guide ng col? weekly ba siya or monthly?

ibig bang sabihin pag na meet na target price - dapat bang i sell ko na stocks sa company na yun then bili na naman ako ng shares mula sa ibang EIP companies na naka "BUY" advice pa ng COL?

You may follow COL's recommendations or not, its really up to you. If you are in for a long term, you might consider their reco but time will come you will have your own reco. If starting ka pa lang, ok naman yan na you will follow. Yong investment guide nila, I do not think na weekly siya. If I remember it right there was a time na natagalan bago merong new guide. Not sure though. Tagal ko na rin hindi tumingin dyan hehehe

Sometimes browsing lang para pakita sa ibang gusto mag invest.

They post the Investment Guide daily.

Uhm depends sayo if gusto mo ng ibenta and ilagay sa ibang BUY stocks, many will advise you to do that. May ibang stocks kasi na pag near ng mkuha yung Fair Value e bababa na nman yung stocks (kasi ito mentality din kc ng investors) OR kung hindi man e mag-sideways na lang cya (up and down minimally pero sideways pa rin) OR up pa rin trend pero sooo slow.
