Pizza na lang sa akin, lightwind. :thankyou:

Balita ko, sa susunod na Challenge, real live account na... :D

Asan kaya si Beast_Master? I have some questions for him.

Hello Everyone! How's the challenge?

hi Prospera,  you wanted to ask me something?

Hey, long time, no see, beast_master! Where were you holed up all this time? Counting your millions, maybe? :hello:

Well,  Challenge II is over and the winner is...lightwind! Does your offer to hire a trader still hold, BTW?

On a related note, how does one get started if I want to trade on behalf of someone else? If you don't mind, can you give step-by-step instructions (or just about everything one needs to know about trading OPM)? I'm sure many others would find this info useful for future reference. Thanks!

PS: Nasaan na kayo, mga kapatid? It's been very quiet around here lately! :D

The threadstarter is looking for traders who will trade the firms capital. Yung nga lang US equities yung market. But hey, trading is trading, right? :)

Baka tahimik ang mga tao kasi boring and market ngayon. Puro sideways sya last couple of days eh...

Hmmm, interesting. Thanks for the heads-up, 2mbaga. :cool2:

Kaya lang, wala ba silang forex? And can you trade remotely (that is, from home)? Do they allow you to use your own style of trading?

Just some questions off the top of my head.

Wala pong forex eh. And no they don't allow you to trade remotely. You will be using their trading methodology and they will mentor you along the way. But if you can prove to them that your system works, they will allow you to use your own style.

Thanks for the reply, beast_master. Like I said, I might use it for future reference (if ever I decide to try trading OPM).

Nice car! But no more forex? I doubt you can stay away for long... :D

^ Thanks Prospera.  We're still in the market.  We only had to deleverage our account.  1:10 na lng ang leverage namin.  Barya na lng kung tutuusin ung kita but we do it just to be in tune with the market.  It's a tough time to be in.  how about your live trades?  You seem to be busy yourself..

^ I think the markets are not behaving any differently than it has always done in the past, speaking as an elliotician-- the patterns are the same; it's interpreting them that's difficult.

I'm wondering, does anyone know of a local firm like the one 2mbaga described that hires proprietary traders but for the forex market? I'm not talking about banks'  treasury departments or the local dodgy forex bucketshops. Sana meron. Kung wala, I hope someone starts one seeing as the forex market is more viable by far than the equities market especially at this time: there will always be currency transactions, whether speculative or not. Why not bring this up with your future boss, 2mbaga?

Actually I'm conducting a little experiment with my FWT live account. I want to see IF (and how long it will take) to grow $25 to $500. Wish me luck, guys! If I succeed, maybe the hedge funds will come knocking at my door! :hihi:

well its time for me to get serious, time to do the real thing. the challenge had been a very good practice for me, i hope you guys too can find that system and management that would bring you profits. Thanks guys!

i am aiming for a ferrari or a porsche.  wala namang masama kung yun ang target ko, di ba?  para kung i come up short, may fortuner o camry man lang.  hehehe!  :rakenrol:

im almost ready to start going live also.  how much are you gonna start with, boss lightwind?
---------------------
how bout you sir beastmaster?  with how much did you start trading?

im thinking of starting small, and trade very small.  so instead of shelling out $1000 or more, then being disappointed, i'd like to get comfortable first with live trading... so i dont get that much disappointed if anything goes wrong.  :D

TIA.

i don't join the Trading Challenges since i trade with the daily charts.  these past few days/weeks, i even skipped some trading days because of the unpredictability of the markets.  plus im very conservative with my demo trades.  it's as if i am trading with live account.

i managed to gain 160% in 3 months.  it looks like i'm aggressive with my trading, but im not.  that 160% gain is just due to 2-3 major waves.  i just rode the waves.

wala lang.  nagkwento lang.  hehehe!  :D
