Well, nasa watchlist na ng Indonesia ang VGMC. Pati na din sa MAS ng Singapore at SC ng Malaysia. Nandito din siguro sa PMT si "Invest to KasCanton" ng VGMC Philippines na na-kick out sa isang forum dahil sa pangungulit na legit daw ang VGMC dahil offshore investment company sila. Yari kayo sa NBI at BIR.

I also have a good investments with CI for two years, but tumigil nako for almost two years na rin magmula nung magkaroon ng FIASCO sa mga investors and investees dito. Eventually I know dadating sa ganito ang lahat so I just focus on mutual funds and UITF alam ko kasi pagnagkaproblema ang investee eventually kasama ang investor. IMHO.

Hi, good day! If you are still holding PNB cheques issued by Sir CI, then you will surely encounter problems. The reason is he already closed his PNB accounts. So better call him and set an appointment. In my case, I met him last August. He gave me a different set of cheques, EWB cheques. The September and October cheques aare good.

i still got problems with his 200k ROI check at yung 300k na investment ko sa gf nya. ang hirap ma-contact.

Finally, my investment contract with CI is done, but certainly NOT without any glitches, and I’m glad patapos na yung contract when these delays and communication problems started to hound us.

Last time I had direct contact with CI was nung time na nag-ooffer pa sya ng mas mataas na rate for that green barley biz nila (which I declined coz I didn’t want to increase my exposure na with him), but the past 5 months yata, yung staff/gf na nya ang sumasagot sa texts ko.

Sirzap, 300k yung sa biz nung gf? How long na since yung huling bayad?  Goodluck to you and I guess kung nakikipag-ugnayan pa naman sila, then your fear should at least be alleviated.

Anyway, sa akin no delays in the payments due except  they requested for an extension for the last check (capital) for an additional week.. after which, about 23% lang ang kinayang ideposit,   then another week 40%, then nasa hospital daw yung tatay nung gf last week kaya Wednesday na nadeposit ung balance na 37% and today lang naclear. Actually ok lang yung delay dahil maganda naman track record nya sa akin -- dinedeposit na lang nila yung remaining checks mula nung magpalit sila ng checking account.  Pero  sana lang they (and by that I mean the gf) took the initiative to inform me in advance nung hindi kaya ibigay ung last check ng buo dahil may pinaglalaanan din naman ako nung pera. And I didn’t like her tone in the last exchange sa text, I got so pissed, so I ASSERTED my right to impose the interest penalty of .02% per day of delay as stated in the contract (which in fairness, they honoured naman, I don’t know if they will do the same to their other investees). Had CI taken the time to call me and straighten things out, wala silang maririnig sa akin and I would be willing to hold off the singilan to help them out sa “trials” daw nila. I just didn’t appreciate it na kapag naghahanap ng capital tawag ng tawag or text ng text, pero pag may problema wala man lang courtesy to inform me or ako pa ang lalabas na nang-ooppress pag naningil ako.

Just for transparency na rin, within about 15 months ng 2 contracts ko with CI, I got a combined 41% (including the penalties) profits, excluding pa yung una kong short-term contract with him 3 yrs ago yata.. In terms of returns, definitely not bad, and I thank him for trying his best to keep up with his obligations with me except nga dun sa last check at yung communication breakdown (bakit gf nya pinapakausap nya sa akin e siya ang may contract sa akin).  I still have confidence in him, but right now, I wouldn’t recommend this type of investment to the weak hearted.  Malakas lang ang loob ko kasi I felt I had “leverage” naman na magagamit to compel payment in case magkaroon ng ganyang problema. I am not really privy to what’s going on with their business ventures except that may mga delays daw sa Adszens, I didn’t even know na connected sila dun or yun ang MLM nila, but i think it is not advisable to transact with them kung yung MLM pa rin ang core business na inaatupag nila na nagkakaroon ngayon ng liquidity problem, unless you are into MLM yourself and understand how it works.. as to the legitimacy nung negosyo nilang yan, I have no idea so I wont comment na lang, anyway yung sa condo biz naman yung contract ko sa kanila.

Thankfully,its all over now and it ended quietly and civilly between us. I hope the same thing happens for sirzap and all of the remaining investees.

May problems rin ako ke CI, malapit na matapos ang contract pero nag aalala ako kasi tumatalbog mga checks, and <exaggerated> hirap makontak sila, lalo na GF niya...  Oks lang kung magtext or may information on what happenened.  Hirap kasi pag walang info e.

-BTW new lang ako dito sa website na to at napagawa tuloy ako ng account kasi nag research ako tungkol ke CI, dapat nagresearch na ko ng maaga bago nag-invest... lessons learned.
