I really HATE CAP! para kaming nanakawan ng legal.

First my brother's education plan which cost us about 60K, P1250.00 lang ang nakuha namin in total, kulang pa sa pamasahe kapupunta namin sa main office nila, at by the way 4 years na syang graduate.

Then my mother's pension plan, siguro nasa 90k, we tried to refund pero naka pila pa daw. HAY!!!!! mukang maililista na lang sa tubig.

Kaya every time na mapapadaan ako sa anu mang branch nila eh, parang gusto kong tumibag ng ilang sakong bricks, bintana, at doors nila e. Makabawi bawi manlang kahit konti.

CAP should sell all their properties, including the properties of those who are responsible for its downfall and, oh, they should sell their internal organs as well. Di enough ang mabulok sa kulungan ang mga yan, andaming kinabukasan and nasira dahil sa kanila!.

Di biro yung nawalang pera sa amin, pinaghirapan yun at talagang tinyagang hulugan. TSK!

I heard CAP has a lot of real estate properties listed in their books... my question is: how were these assets valued -- are they saleable, not overpriced? ... because these would be part of their sources of funds to pay the policyholders when liquidated... nagbiro ako one time when I had a chance to talk to one of their officers, a certain Ms. Virata - I said: ciguro lupa na lang ang ibayad nyo para even na tayo; san ba located ang mga lupa nyo? The answer was: nasa Quezon at Bicol... the last time they paid us of my wife's pension plan was 2008 pero 10% of total collectible... 2 plans had been fully paid 2005... I don't know when will be the next payment...

dapat may Death Penalty din sa mga taong katulad nila no? CAP din ata yung college plan ko pero maliit lang at buti nakuha before pa nangyari 'to.

Sana mabayaran pa nila yung mga kulang nila. Tsk.
