Greetings Ms Maria Ann,

Hi, I got an educational plan for my daughter, she is still in highschool, do I apply for claim now as it takes so long to process and have checks released or I should wait till shes in college before I file our claim?

Its been so long and I don't know the status of CAP, its just now that I have read something about CAP here in PMT.

Please advise.

gud am..ano n kya update sa cap pension plan..nawala ndin c mam maria ann..ang tgal ko ng ngiintay kung ano nb update until now wla pdin ako nkukuhang rsponse..akala ko ba tutulungan nyo kmi..wg nyo nmn sna kmi paasahin sa wla.sa hirap ng buhay ngayun sna nmn tupadin nyo ang mga sinasabi nyo smin..

"It is understood that this approval of the Revised Rehabilitation Plan is only good for two (2) years, hence a review of the compliance of all the terms and conditions of the plan and of this approval shall be made not later than September 30, 2008, unless there is a good reason for the early withdrawal of this approval."

Above is the last paragraph of the RTC ruling on the REVISED REHABILITATION PLAN of CAP as penned by Judge CESAR O. UNTALAN on November 8, 2006. Now, was there any published report of the required compliance review which should have been provided on or before 30 Spetember 2008???

Please advise is CAP Pension is still alive?
Should we still wait for the maturity date?
Did any one manage to withdraw their plan recently?
Please let us know......

i am also in dire need of an answer, my daughter is already in 2nd yr HS, so just a few years from now, we would badly need help for her college educational plan..
any update yet or suggestions on how can we get what is due to us from CAP?

regretfully...I went to CAP main building at Makati to terminate my two (i.e. already matured) traditional plans that I invested since 2001...I personally do not trust that CAP will be able to rehabilitate itself...according to the personnel at CAP, I "will" be paid within 5years reckoned from the date I requested the termination of the SFA...I just hope and pray that I can still recover my investments...

My parents enrolled me this CAP Educational Plan when I was 6years old the whole payment they made was 97K for that S**T

! Look at me now,still not yet graduated in college and my parents don't know where they can get My Tuition fee in every semester because of the fact that CAP Plan was already scammed or I should say kinurakot by the Head Official wala na!.. ilan tayong nasayang ang pera at umaasa na mabibigyan ng bahagi ng perang nalalabi sa pera ng CAP Plan?

Everytime naiisip ko ang Parents ko at sabi nga ng mama ko tuwing maghuhulog sila every month kinakaykay niya pati barya ng lalagyan ng tindahan namin para may maihulog lang and then mawawala lang lahat ng investment SANA ng parents ko para sa pag-aaral ko nakaka-inis at nakaka-init ng Ulo..

Pumunta ang Father ko sa office sa Makati at Nagtanong siya ang sabi ay P13K lang ang kayang ibigay nila. sa P97K ay 13K na lang? alam kong sa iba malaki ng pera yan pero kung papayag ka na bayaran ka ng palugi sa investment na sinimulan mo daig mo pang nangutang sa bombay na super talo kapa sa interest. nakakalungkot lang dahil ang gobyerno parang wala ding pakialam sa problema ito. nakaka-iyak sa galit.

May nakakuha na ba talaga ng cheque at sa plan na binayaran nyo nakipagbargain ba kau o sila talaga magbibigay ng amount na ibabayad sa inyo?

its been two years na ang claim ng asawa ko sa pension plan , hangang ngayon kahit singko wala!..tangapin na natin ang katotohanan..Dios na ang bahala sa mga walanghiyang yan!

hopeless na ang CAP...there is no way they can rehabilitate themselves...meron na naman kaso yun mga Sobrepena sa BCDA...eh these are the same people na namuno ng CAP!!!

Press release lang nila iyan na baka sakaling magkaenganyo para maka survive sila pero wala din, nakakalungkot lang kasi hard earned money at sa pamilyang nagsisimula halos budgeted ang kinikitang pera at umaasang magandang kinabukasan sa paglalaanan ang pagaaral ng mga anak. Pero kinasadlakan napunta sa mga dupang na kababayan. Sana lang sa mga namumuno ng CAP usigin kayo ng inyong mga konsyiensya, daming nyong ninakawan ng magandang bukas.
