just pm me with the following details:

1. location
2. Lot area
3. Purpose of construction (personal use or for rent)
4. How much is your ideal monthly amortization?

i dont promise that i can help u immediately..but i can make an agreement u might want to consider.

hahaha!!!!!!! "build now..pay later pala"..parang lokohan un ah..sorry nagkamali po.pakilagay nyo nalng po sa subject pag nag email kayo sakin para me idea n agad ako sa inquiry nyo.

^ im not worried sir. sana lang this time eh may "takers" n ng proposal. ung 700k program kasi namin naubos oras namin kakasagot ng mga "paulit-ulit" na inquiries. not knowing na ung sinagot namin before eh the same people na cnasagot parin namin up to now. nag-iiba lang cla ng username. that's why nung dumating ung time na me mga takers na nung 700k apartment eh hndi na namin mahabol ung presyo kasi nga tumaas na ung presyo ng mga materyales. dun nga ko nahihiya sanyo sir db nga nag pm ako sayo na nahihiya ako ksi hndi na namin mai-offer ung program in public.

let's see kung mag-o ok tong "study" muna sa mga mgatatanong.

.......bakit di kayo magloan sa bank for capital? may collateral naman kau ung lote mismo basta nasa inyo na ung title at tax dec.....aaprubahan ng bangko yan....

It's not that easy sir, one of the major factor why would the bank consider you as a possible client is because of your monthly income being justified by your payslip, and dti if u are a businessman.

And one thing more, the bank refused to approved sometime your loan application if they feel that you dont have this "equity" to start off the project construction activity.
