May gnyang set-up daw ang mga contractor? gus2 ko kasing patayuan ng mga apartments ung lote ko kaso wla ako pera..

Sabi ng kumpare ko pde daw ako mgpatau sa knila ng building tapos paupahan ko daw at huhuloghulugan ko cla monthly.. pag nde daw ako nkbyad knila na dw ung building..

may alam po b kau na ganito? kasi sa ganito lng ako nkramdam ng pg asa para mkpg patau ng building.

or kung meron kaung ibang idea paki share nmn po..

I have a titled vacant lot and good location para sa mga apartment. Meron nga bang ganito na mga contractors or engineers na may mga sobrang materials galing sa isang malaking project then ipapatayo nila sa gustong magpatayo ng apartment then pay later. Anu ano kaya ang mga terms and conditions sa ganito. Parang nagloan ako sa kanila ng mga materials at kasama na ang labor. Kesa magloloan ako sa bangko ako pa maghahanap ng materials, laborers, etc? Eto diretso na sa gagawa mismo ng mga apartments.
Mga ka PMT meron ba kayong idea sa ganito? Thanks in advance
