these days,

1.bihira na ang taong hindi magkakaron ng sakit pagdating ng 40's
2. karamihan ay naninirahan na sa syudad at wala ng time magluto
3. karamihan ay mas concern sa kanilang health at kagandahang pisikal

gusto ko sanang matulungan ang mga kapwa pilipino na magkaron ng HEALTHY and AFFORDABLE fastfood stall/restaurant. Mostly gulay, seafoods, fish and recipe, masarap syempre. At dapat, ultimo mga nasa lower class na tao, kayang bilhin to.

Meron na kameng vegetable dealer family business running for 25 yrs. Siguro its time to upgrade now. Siguro kulang ko is, Nutritionist, Chef and Investor... uhhm..

Sir, kung meron na marunong sa inyo magluto,
pwedeng d na kailangan ng Nutritionist, Chef. tutal puro gulay, fish at seafood naman. basta take note lang na yung ibang tao allergic sa seafood.

kung wala pa kayo taniman at palaisdaan, baka pwede mo rin iconsider yan.

aside from real state... ito nag try ako ng iba ... rubber plantation farming.. pang two years na.. let see what happen after 5 years of planting....

any business would be profitable if it fits your skill sets and you're willing to sacrifice and work hard for it.... I'm still in the process of thinking of creative ways to put new twists in existing businesses to make it stand out.
